Prime getaway location.

Canal access allowed for lovely views and water activities such as kayaking. Kitchen/living space was spacious and refreshing for the mind, great for families.

Holiday on the water

Great brand new property on the paynesville waterways. This property had it all and we were left wanting for nothing. Fantastic location with your own jetty the property maximised the water views. All facilities were top class, the kitchen was well equipped and there was nothing we needed that was not provided. Great privacy for the adults with the master suite downstairs. Worth the money.

House was very clean & plenty of room. Beds were absolutely comfortable. Of note, only one key is supplied which makes it a little hard when 3 couples are staying. Also, take extra toilet paper as minimal available.Booking process, check-in & check-out were smooth and easy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful place with scenic views and open kitchen and living!A few negative feedback:1) the Ad specified that the rooms have air-conditioning & heating. However none of the rooms had aircon or heating. The days we spent here, was a hot days (35 degree day) and we all struggled to sleep in our rooms. Some of us had to come to the main hall (near the aircon) to sleep on the floor. There were no fans either. This was a big negative! 2) WIFI was so bad, never worked for us for the 2 days we spent here. Did everything we can (restarted the router, etc), wasn’t aGood experience as our phone reception was poor in these areas. reception in these areas too

A beautiful property for small family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this Pier 37. The property is spacious, clean and is beautifully decorated and cared for by it's owner. We appreciated the thoughtful touches of fresh bread, butter, jam and milk. The balcony is a great place to take many pictures of the sunset across the lake. The kitchen is large and has ample quality tools for group or small family to enjoy (toasters, microwave, coffee machine, coffee pods,.. etc.)The check in process was extremally easy, we arrived after hours and was able to pick up the keys from the office at anytime.My folks loved this property in Paynesville for a short term holiday stay.The one only small thing we thought would be better if we had hand tissues in the house (but the local shops is 10mins around the corner).

The house was located in o ne of Victoria's most magical, picturesque locations where lakeside views combined with country like living which enabled us to wind down from what was a very hectic 2021.The house was clean and tidy any which was very comforting and reassuring. The house came complete with towels and bedding which were all ready for us to use.Checking in and out was a breeze and the ability to communicate with management was extremely efficient.Thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful space.
