  • Overview
    Alexander is located in Faros (Lakka), Paxos. This semi-detached
    vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
    up to 7 people (6 Adults and 1 Child) with 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
    There is a private pool with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance
    to the Beach and Restaurants.
    Layout

    Ground floor: Large kitchen/living/dining room opening on to front
    terrace, two bedrooms (one twin and one double), bathroom.
    First floor: Master double bedroom with bathroom, front and side
    verandas. Villa Alexander has an unusually-shaped private swimming
    pool, with a children's section. It is surrounded by broad paved
    terraces, open to cool breezes and overlooking fantastic views. Beside
    the pool is a pleasant shady area from a windshaped tree, and an
    inspiring view.

    Living Room
    The living room has a dining area, comfortable sofas, TV and Free
    Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

    Kitchen
    The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator,
    stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

    Alexander has 3 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
    Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
    Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
    Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

We had a fabulous time in a fantastic location. Alexander was splendid, so helpful and friendly. She even bought us a coffee when she helped us hire mopeds! Our pool was beautiful and we loved our surroundings. Would definitely recommend and maybe return!

We have had a wonderful stay at Lakka and in Villa Alexander. It is a wonderful villa. The villa has a wonderful view and the garden is absolutely stunning with views of Lakka and the sea. Lakka is a fantastic village with friendly people and clear blue sea. We are in love with Lakka and love Villa Alexander. We would absolutely buy the property if it was for sale. We will happily return. Thank you so much for a fantastic holiday.

Disappointed — one to avoid

We stayed 4 nights in this villa in June 2025. The view is undeniably incredible however the villa is in a really poor state and given the huge cost of staying here, I would say there are many better options throughout Paxos. The villa was not properly cleaned at all, stank of chemicals but there was dirt all over the floors. The beds are incredibly old and uncomfortable. The sitting room furniture is filthy and uncomfortable. There is a huge crack in the swimming pool. The kitchen is so old and needs urgent replacing - even the kettle is broken plastic. The bath tubs are so cheap that they bounce when you stand in them - I’ve never seen any villa that has the poorest quality options throughout before coming here (it really is 1 star inside). Unfortunately, this is not a villa that is being properly cared for at all - it’s a pity. The roads to get up to the villa are very difficult to drive (and we come to Greece all the time) - if you want to be in Lakka or on the beach there, much better to stay in the town as the walk there and back in these high temperatures is too lengthy. Finally, the owner took to just walking around the villa grounds regularly while we were there, this really took away any sense of privacy. A villa desperately in need of investment and care, I’m sorry to say it’s one to avoid.

Great location, Villa needs updating

This is a hard review to write, mainly due to the owner of the property - Alexander being simply lovely. After visiting Paxos in 1995 with my parents as a child, it was so lovely to be back and Paxos delivered as a location in all the wonderful ways I remembered! I have listed our family review in 2 parts - The positives and the negatives: Positives: - Alexander the owner is simply lovely. The nicest, genuine person, so warm and inviting. - Location, location, location. Lakka is a wonderful typical traditional Greek town and has everything you need. - The view from the villa speaks for its self and is what sold us the property to rent in the first place. Negatives: - We knew the property was older in style and interior design compared to other properties, so this isn't a criticism based on this. However the furniture needs updating desperately - the mattresses have lived their life and need replacing - even if we wanted to stay longer, we couldn't due to the beds being so old. - Fridge was broken and wasn't chilling food - Leak in Kitchen - Our overall negative though, which can be dealt with, was the cleanliness of the property. I am sad to say, that this property was filthy. Every room was unclean in some ways an the bathrooms were so bad. This property has such an amazing view and location, however sadly for us its in need of an extensive deep clean and updating compared to others on the market.

We absolutely loved the unique position of Villa Alexander ovetlooking Lakka Bay. The views are truly stunning and the villa offers a high degree of privacy and peace and quiet. It is at the end of a rural track and as the villa is the last property there is no passing traffic. There is a footpath down to the town which is only for the sure-footed but it gets you into town in less than 10 minutes. We met Alexandra the owner of the villa a few times. She is charming and helpful and really cares about her guests. We would highly recommend choosing this villa for a holiday away from the crowds.

perfect holiday

Honestly I can't recommend this villa enough. The location is amazing it's a short walk down a bumpy path (so not the best for oldies who are unstable on their feet) into the village which has everything you need. We got a private boat transfer from corfu straight to Llakka which made a huge difference. Alexandra the owner is just gorgeous she made our holiday so pleasant. The villa internally is basic but I didn't care, I knew that before we booked and to be honest the view and pool area makes up for it. We had the best holiday and loved every minute of it

Just returned from the best holiday we have ever had, Paxos is stunning. Our villa was beautiful, from the amazing views, the gorgeous pool, the villa had everything you could ask for. Alexander, the owner was so lovely and kind, even treating us to a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary there. Can’t wait to return 💕

A really lovely villa with fabulous views and of course an excellent and very clean/ well- maintained pool. Terrace area around the villa and pool is super. Barbecue also great. We had a really lovely family and friends holiday here. The owner was so kind and helpful with a couple of minor maintenance issues too. The village is only a short walk away but access is tricky up the narrow path. We’ve stayed at the middle villa before (Katerina) and highly recommend both for a lovely stay in Paxos. Hard to beat.

The location was the best. The views of the bay and town were second to none. It was quiet and private. The track up to the Villa was rough but perfectly manageable with the car. There is also a useful track from the side of Villa Thanasis that takes you down to Harami Beach and then to the village which is much quicker and shorter than using the road. You will need sturdy walking shoes though and I wouldn’t do it at night. The communication with Agni Travel was fast and efficient, with both calls and emails being answered promptly and I would definitely use you again.

We are on our last day of our holiday to Paxos . The Villa has the best location in Lakka with commanding views of both the village and the the turquoise bay. It is comfortable and well appointed and has a gorgeous pool which is a rarity in Lakka. It is a 15 min walk along the beach path into the village which has exceptional tavernas, particularly good for seafood and caters well for vegetarians too. The owners are lovely and ensure the villa and pool is cleaned regularly . I will definitely return

From the enquiry to booking to arriving Agni have been superb with communications. Our stay has been fantastic its a home from home with added luxury with that lovely pool and stunning view of Lakka Harbour. Thank you we will definitely book with you again. We have had a wonderful stay in the Alexander the property was as described and did not disappoint. Communication with Agni has been clear and always prompt and polite. Highly recommend as a travel agent thank you. We did not encounter any maintenance problems or service problems.

We had an excellent week at Villa Alexander. Superb location with lovely views of Lakka Bay out to sea. The villa was spacious kitchen well equipped the pool area garden was wonderful. We have been very impressed by Agni Travel and Eos. Hope to return.

Everything was perfect the highchair needed fixing and was done so very speedily. We were all very satisfied with the property and everything about it. Thank you for a lovely holiday
