"Two night stay. There were five adults of which 3 were seniors. We only used the beds, Kurig machine and WiFi. All of these were as advertised and we had no issues.Neighborhood is convienient for anything in or near Topeka. It is also a quiet established neighborhood."

"The property was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy as the code was sent to us days before entering. Beds were good and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked and appliances pretty new. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our stay was enjoyable."

"Brandie is an awesome host. She sent the super easy check in and access process via email ahead of our stay. Having the address, door code and parking information made for a smooth arrival for all of us coming from different locations. The house has large bedrooms so everyone could spread out in their own space and come together in the living room to share meals and laughs. We were visiting family on opposite sides of Topeka so the central location of this home made for quick access to get...

"Home is much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside. Excellent layout with virtually two homes in one with full kitchen upstairs and downstairs. We had many activities to attend and were always looking forward to going back to Avalon house to relax in the accommodating living room. "My adult son and I stayed here for the Unbound bike race in Emporia. This place is by far the best place we've stayed at for this race. The bedrooms were very spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I loved the office next to the kitchen, and we enjoyed a bonfire in the backyard after the race. The garage was very nice as well. We would be happy to stay here again in the future."
