My 2 star rating is more reflective of the management company than of the property itself. The property is in a great location and convenient to everything but hasn't been maintained particularly well (rust and cobwebs on the lighting fixtures in the bathrooms, dust/grime on top surfaces of wainscoting, layers of dust/dirt on patio furniture and fake plant, dehydrated frog carcass on porch, dripping water in refrigerator, fluorescent bulb in kitchen that requires several on/off of switch to activate, dryer that requires several cycles to dry clothing even on hottest setting, washer that doesn't always drain properly.) Additionally, upon check-in at registration, we were not given required pool bands and when arriving at unit there was no toilet paper in any of the three bathrooms and only one bar of soap. We called the registration desk multiple times and after finally reaching someone, was told housekeeping had already left for the day. We went to the store and bought some. The next day still no delivery from the housekeeping so another call was placed and finally delivery was made late that day.
