Would Book Again

We had a great stay. Condo was clean and furniture/kitchen appliances were on the newer side. Pool was within walking distance as well as lake. I would must definitely book again.

Relaxing getaway

The unit is connected to other apartments, but you would never know it! We loved the privacy, space, and little view into the marsh. The kitchen and living spaces worked wonderfully for us, and we loved the location in Litchfield by the Sea. We hope to go again!

Fun beach trip!

My family absolutely loved Litchfield by the Sea and this property. Check-in was seamless and the condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children. Our children especially loved playing on the screened-in porch. We made the 2 minute drive to the beach and parked at the beach club which was very convenient with showers to wash off sand, clean restrooms, etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family of six (5 adults, one teen) had a wonderful stay. The condo looks exactly as it appears in the photos. This location is very private in the Litchfield By the Sea community and the pool is small but that suited our family. The cable TV and wifi worked well. The kitchen is well stocked —have never seen so many glasses! The towels and linens were fresh. The living room couch is worn but that’s typical in a rental unit. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our week at the condo. It was very clean and well stocked with towels, dishes, etc that we need for the week. It was very spacious. There are only a few steps to get to the unit which was nice for my older dad who was with us for the week. Everything was as described and we would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great Vacation Spot!

Love Litchfield by the Sea! Great vacation spot. Condo was immaculate, and very spacious. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there the next time I'm in Litchfield.

Another great trip at Litchfield

This was our 3rd time at Litchfield over the last 7 year, while staying at 3 different properties. Marsh Hawk fit our needs very well. There was 6 of us in the group. The rental was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean. Good for relaxing with a 10-12 walk to the beach. Owner / management company were all very responsive whenever we had questions leading up to our stay.

Excellent experience

The property was very clean and spacious. It was conveniently located right next to the south gate making entering and exiting the resort easy. Easy walk to the fishing pond and neighborhood pool. Would definitely stay here again!
