Great stay

Great stay and perfect location between the pool outside the room great for kids and the beach about 10mins away. The property was well maintained and the condo was very nice and was well stocked. Only thing that can be improved is the pullout mattress-it was thin as a board and no one over a child size could ever sleep comfortably on it. Would definitely return though.

Wonderful

Perfect getaway for Labor Day weekend. The pool and lazy river were great and there is a poolside bar. Very close to Murrells inlet where we live to eat at.

Wonderful Family vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Summerhouse. This unit was well-kept and everything was just as described. The resort was such as wonderful location for a family vacation with young children!

Loved the pool/waterpark!

The condo was nice, and my son loved the pool and lazy river - definitely a highlight for this condo. The only downside is that we were a little ways from the beach/ocean (less than a mile, but we were unable to walk it) but you can drive to the clubhouse or catch the shuttle. The staff on the property were very nice (especially the bartender at the pool), and did a good job of keeping the property well-maintained. Check-in/check-out through the property management company was easy as well.

Review of Eastport stay 9/11-18/21

Check in person was not sure of where the laundry room was and there were no instructions about the t v remote. He was attentive to helping us with that after 5:00 pm. We like the location and love the pool And appreciate that it was clean

Litchfield Labor Day Get-away!

I was so pleased with this rental company, they really made it so easy to rent our condo. They were available to ask question etc when I needed them. Even paying for our condo was simple. I give this company 5 stars for their excellence in customer satisfaction and customer communication. A pet peeve of mine is not having adequate linens and towels; not here at LBR we had plenty of extra linens. I didn’t even had to asked for extra towels. We had more than enough. That put a big smile on my face. This is my second time to this fabulous vacation property, and my family’s first. My boys had a blast. We enjoyed the pool, beach, food, and friendly faces at Litchfield. I love the convince of the resort location; close enough to dining, historical sites, and other famous locations without all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle etc. We loved our stay and will look forward to longer stays in the future. The Johnsons

Nice for two people

Very nice rental in a very nice resort. All amenities either located on the resort or close by. This rental is small but enough for two people, who know each other well :). We found it very clean and as advertised, except for incorrect info about towels being provided at the pool. They weren’t. So, bring your own beach towels -- because you can’t take towels out of the condo.

internet connection kinda

Upon arrival we spent a lot of time figuring out the TV's. Two remotes for each.- one was for TV itself and the other was cable. Cable remote for the living room was in a drawer and the bedroom TV was unplugged! The internet connection wasn't. My iPad never worked and my iPhone worked for 1 email account but not for the other. Only stayed 2 nights so caught up on messages at home. We chose this property for the lazy river and it was great. The whole pool area was loaded with fun for kids. And adults had fun, too.

Quiet Getaway

My 12 year old daughter and I wanted a beach vacation but didn’t want to stay in the middle of Myrtle Beach with the crowds and crime. Litchfield is a perfect location, not at all crowded for mid July. The room was clean and had many updated features. Nice view of the pool and close to the elevators. The location description said a ten minute walk to the beach, but we walked fairly briskly and timed it and it was more like a 15 minute walk. There is a golf car that shuttles guests back and forth but definitely a consideration if planning to bring a lot of gear to spend a day on the beach. It’s a short drive to many local shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Overall a great experience and I will stay here again.

Overall good

Difficulty finding the right building as it was labeled yellow in our brochure but the building had been painted blue. That’s kind of a big deal and was frustrating. Second issue was we were given two kids and only one of them worked. These would be easy fixes and would eliminate frustration For someone trying to begin their vacation

Everything in one place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Even though the weather was a little crazy, we did not lack for entertainment! Highly recommend going to the gardens - you can easily do 2-3 trips there. The local restaurant options are amazing. We loved the Rustic Table for brunch. The property was clean, stocked, and cozy. The property management company was very efficient and helpful. Check in took less than two minutes, which means a lot when you’re traveling from the west coast. We would highly recommend this property, especially if you have kids!
