Stelling's Visit

Our trip was wonderful! The ease and convenience of check in, communication with the host Tracy and the variety or extra amenities makes this property different from others I've stayed at before. I highly recommend this place for families with pets or even friends groups as there is a great use of space so you don't feel cramped whatsoever. Loved it and will be back!

Great location

This property is in a prime location to shops and the beach, and having the golf cart made everything even more accessible. Our dog absolutely loved the massive backyard! Tracy responded almost immediately to all communications and helped solve an issue with the AC as soon as I messaged.

Great place!

I’ve rented dozens of VRBOs and you can always tell when the owner is involved and cares. This property is managed by an agency but it’s not that typical no salt and pepper agency rental. The owner had treat baskets!! And coffee! The grill works and the location is wonderful!

We booked this listing last minute and it was a gem!! We travel w our dog often and the huge fenced yard made life easy!! Trip to beach on golf cart over waterway was perfect! Loved it and will be back!

Great time! Well Appointed and Welcoming Rental

We had a wonderful time. Tracy is an excellent host! We had all that we needed for our mini vacation and more – fire pit, corn hole, beach chairs, and ample towels – beach and bath. The golf cart was an added bonus, no need to clean our vehicle on returning home. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and that we would have booked another day or so. This may become an annual trip for us. Thank you, Tracy, for your hospitality.

Family Vacation

I booked this stay several months ago for a stay with my adult family and infant granddaughter. We planned activities for the whole week, which never came to pass due to a tropical storm hitting. Because of that, we spent the entire vacation indoors - and it was great! The setup was spacious enough that we were not on top of each other. There were extra blankets, the couches and chairs were super comfortable, and plenty of games. The yard was perfect for the (rare) periods without rain to run out and get some fresh air. The kitchen was better stocked than any rental I've ever stayed at. Most importantly, Terry was completely on top of the situation - emailing me resources to monitor in case of evacuation and responding right away when we had a partial power outage. He reached out the day we left to let me know I left a drawer of clothes behind and promptly mailed them to me. What an amazing host. I highly recommend this place.

Cool Change

Location was in a nice neighborhood. 10 minutes from beach, shopping and restaurants. Our host was available if we had questions and addressed any issues immediately. Needed a few more days and wii be back!

Great place for a few days

Everything we needed was there. It was wonderful having the use of the golf car. The fenced backyard was a plus given we had dogs with us. Highly recommend. Short ride to the beach in the golf cart.

Turning 60

Enjoyed celebrating turning 60 with six college friends. Plenty of room for everybody and conveniently located near the beach, golf, and restaurants. Loved playing cornhole and listening to toons in the spacious back yard!

Great place with a lot of amenities. Golf cart to go back and forth to the beach was huge plus. It was nice to meet Tracy (the host) during our visit. He was prompt and very informative with his communication.

Yay Beach Vacation!

Property was easy to find, check in was seamless, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We really liked the fenced yard for our dogs to run around in, in addition to a rather quiet neighborhood where we could safely walk them. Very close to both the beach and nice restaurants, and for a very reasonable price.

Conveniently located near the beach and local restaurants. Very dog friendly; loved the totally fenced in back yard (which was much larger than we anticipated). Owner is very pro-active, ensuring all goes well with your stay. Would stay here again.

Fabulous Retreat

This property is just as described. It is clean and well equipped, including little extras like some snacks and water bottles in the fridge. The beds are very comfortable. There are sound machines, tons of towels, lots of places to charge electronics, games, all the things you need for the beach and even a golf cart to get you there. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out and making s’mores over the fire pit. Tracy is a great host and we will definitely be back.
