A favorite Pawleys Island vacation spot, the “V” shaped Litchfield Retreat is located in North Litchfield Beach at the corner of Boyle and Parker Drive. The Resort’s location is ideal, just one-half mile north of our resort, a half-mile from Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park, and a short 5-minute drive to Murrells Inlet.

This mid-rise resort features an outdoor and private swimming pool, three elevators, outside showers, and coin-operated washer/dryer facilities on each floor.

This is a two-bedroom unit in North Litchfield at 423 Parker Drive. A two-story villa with living upstairs and bedrooms down. One full bath, ample closet space, and a large master bedroom. There is also a shared laundry building on site and access to the community pool. A short 5-minute walk to the ocean with beach access just across the street. Master bedroom - 1 King / 1 Double, 2nd bedroom - 2 Twins. 1 & 1/2 BATH
