This is a perfect house and the owner is fantastic!!! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and I’m looking forward to staying here again, beautiful inside and outside. Love it!!! Great communication and easy and quick to get up with! Absolutely wonderful experience! I will be recommending this place to others. 5 out of 5 stars all around!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the stores and a short drive to the beach, Georgetown, ans Murrels Inlet. Overall the house was very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. Check in/out process was extremely simple and was easily able to communicate with the hosts.

Our stay was fantastic! Denise is a great host-very detailed and responds quickly. The house was beautiful and so clean. It had everything you could possibly need and more. Very safe community. Pawleys Island is a gem. Hoping to stay again next year!

Best beach vacation in Pawleys!

We have been vacationing in Pawleys island area for many years. This is by far the best house with the best hosts! You will not regret. So much care and attention to detail in every step. Clean beyond sparkle. Amenities for comfortable family stay with kids of all ages. We are looking forward to renting this place again next summer.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great stay at the Seabatical Bungalow. The house was super clean and well stocked. We loved the coffee bar. It was just a short drive to the beach. Communication was great, and we appreciated the early check-in. We enjoyed visiting the Huntington State Park, the Brookgreen Gardens, and hanging out at The Quad which was an outdoor beer garden with food trucks. We would definitely stay again!

Extremely clean & well-appointed

Excellently-maintained, so well stocked with supplies, kitchenware, goodies, toiletries! Terrific cleanliness. Responsive hosts. Comfortable living room and mattresses, large TV. Enjoyed playroom/man cave. Good location for touring the outstanding Pawleys Island region, which was one of our objectives. Perhaps could use TV in MBR. Really the only drawback, besides not being on the beach, was loud traffic. Some thunderous pickup trucks and motorcycles at night and early morning. All-in-all, a truly nice, happy stay.

Perfect retreat

We were at this home for ten days! It was warm and inviting. Every detail had been attended to. Denise was incredibly responsive to a couple of small issues we had. We took advantage of the beach umbrella and chairs they had. We didn't spend time in the backyard yet saw there were games that can be used outside. I was THRILLED the coffee bar...it was STOCKED! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Denise!!

A convenient bungalow for families

The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We enjoyed staying here during our family vacation to get to the beach. It is beautifully decorated and lots of thoughtful amenities. The kids had lots to play with outdoor toys.

Short golf trip

We stayed three nights on a short golf trip. The bungalow was perfect for us. The location was close to everything we did. The house itself was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room for the three of us, we'll stocked and immaculate. We would definitely recommend it to any small group looking to visit the area.

Family wedding-vacation

Absolutely the best! The home was so well maintained and clean. Beautifully decorated. So many unexpected extras like a coffee bar, game room, extra towels and pillows, throw blankets for cuddling on the couch, too many to mention. I hope we have an opportunity to return.

Pawleys Island Visit

The propery is perfect for my golf group. The property was very comfortable and clean. I was there with two other golfing partners. Neither of them had any suggestions for improvement. I have a couple minor suggestions: 1. The banister on the porch needs to be powerwashed and/or scrubbed clean. 2. The siding on the house could use a good cleaning/powerwash. 3. Provide better quality bathroom tissue (Charmin). Again, these r very minor issues that i think if resolved would make the property just about perfect. Some things i really liked included the little bag of goodies. The cleanliness of the interior. I liked the fact some kuerig coffee was provided even though we didnt use it. The responsiveness of Denise was excellent and much appreciated! The small niceties make a difference. If/when i return to Pawleys Ibwill definitely see if this property is availabe.

Wonderful Stay in Pawley's Island

My buddy and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. (There were supposed to be three of us, but one canceled at the last minute.) We came down to play a few quick rounds of golf in Pawley's Island, so wanted to stay locally. This unit was perfect. The owner (Denise) was great: responsive to all of my questions, helpful and thoughtful. The check-in process could not have been easier. (There was even a "welcome basket" with various goodies waiting for us when we got inside.) The location was perfect for our purposes. And the unit itself was clean, well-appointed and wonderfully comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again (and I might just do that next year!). Many thanks to Denise for a lovely stay.

Great Experience

This was a great place to stay. The bungalow was very clean and nicely decorated. The host had many amenities for us before we realized we needed them. Good location. The host was very helpful and prompt with questions we had. I highly recommend the Seabatical Bungalow.

Perfect Location for Us!

The pictures don’t do this home justice. Super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be booking in the future to be closer to family and have more space.
