Beautiful views!

We were surprised to find the unit had been updated prior to our visit and was very tastefully done. It met all expectations and then some. We will be back once the 2023 calendar opens! Thank you owners of 404 for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy a week in your beautiful home.

Awesome place

Everything was top notch except the internet, it was an open internet and everyone on the resort must have been on it because it was slow. I think for the price a stand alone unit internet should be added. Everything else was perfect.

Beach Bliss

This was a family Thanksgiving vacation. The condo was as pictured but was even better in person! Everyone’s first expression was, “ Wow! Look at this view!” We loved how open the space was. There was sitting room for all in the living area. The bedroom arrangement could not have been better. Kitchen was great for preparing large meals. The balcony furniture was wonderful- loved the sturdy rocking chairs. Now wanting to plan a return visit!

Beautiful property with amazing views

My husband and I stay in Litchfield Beach every year around the end of October and have rented many of the Cambridge condos. This place was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any issues. The views cannot be beat. The pictures really do not do it justice. Just a suggestion though. For the bedroom with the twin beds pushed together to create a king bed, I would suggest a mattress topper or something to cover the split in the middle.

Forty-fifth Anniversary at Pawleys

Stunning panoramic view, roomy bedrooms, nicely appointed kitchen, and very clean.

We enjoyed the comfort, spaciousness, and ease and convenience of this property, as well as the extraordinary view from the many glass doors. The pools and beach were so easy to access and very clean. We hope to return!

Gorgeous views

The condo was perfect and you can’t ask for better views! There is a designated covered parking space and storage unit for beach items, which was a nice surprise. The building has an elevator and luggage carts- huge perks! The only negatives: The building is pet friendly, so irresponsible pet owners may not clean up dog poop or throw up. Also, watch out for the screws sticking out from the dining room table (they cut my foot). Lastly, the pool is not heated, which was a big disappointment since it was cold when we were there. Overall, we loved our stay and definitely plan on going back!

Outstanding Get away.

Very positive experience. Beautiful property very well kept. Owners were very accommodating and worked with us on a last minute request. McKayla was a gem to work with as well. She clearly understands and embraces “customer service”.

Beautiful rental on a beautiful beach!

The unit was gorgeous! The kitchen was spacious and complete with just about any appliance and any kitchenware or cookware you would need. The dining area and sitting area were also large and inviting; the bedrooms (2 out of 3) were graced with beautiful ocean views; and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The ‘wraparound’ porch was just awesome! Great views of the ocean, the beach, and the sunrise and moonrise. Mikayla (guest contact), was tremendously helpful with any questions or problems that arose. We were very happy with our decision to rent this condo, and would definitely go there again!!

July 4th Week Stay

We had a great time and enjoyed the Condo. The couple that stayed in the bedroom not facing the ocean made the comment that the single bed and the double bed were small for sleeping two adults.

This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for families. There is a large wrap around deck that can be accessed from the master and second large bedroom as well as the family living room. There were concrete floors in the dining and living rooms which were easy to clean up sand. There is carpet in the bedroom. We love Litchfield Resort and have stayed at other condo units previously. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo

This is a beautiful, spacious condo! The views of the ocean are stunning! The porch is wonderful and comfortable! All of the beds are comfortable and I love that they bedrooms are spaced out. We had a fabulous stay!

Paradise any time of the year!

This beautiful condo has everything! We enjoyed our stay in November! Cool weather, but enjoyed the beach nonetheless! Listening to the waves each night! Large, private balcony with very comfortable rockers! Owner was very prompt returning messages. We added a night with no problem! Definitely recommend this condo!
