    The Space:

    The sun shines effortlessly on this Pawleys Island home! Spacious enough for your entire family or friend group, this home boasts amazing amenities both inside and outside.



    After spending a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading for the open-concept interior. Warm wood finishes, comfortable furnishings, a Smart TV, and tasteful artwork make up the living room. Steps from here, the full kitchen is any chef's delight with its granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, center island, and nifty gadgets like a Keurig. Off the kitchen, you will have access to a washer/dryer.



    No one's comfort goes unattended to in each of the bedrooms, complete with private TVs, soft linens, and central air.



    Back outside, enjoy marvelous sunset views from the wrap-around balcony and rooftop deck. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed under the warm glow of the twinkle lights, and reading sessions can be conducted in the hammock. A tennis court and pool are available just steps from your stay. Minutes away, be sure to explore Litchfield Beach, the Willbrook Plantation Golf Club, Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens, and the Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

    All guests shall abide by Dwell's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



    Litchfield by the Sea charges a mandatory resort fee of $15 per night, capped at $210. The fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

We love this house! Four moms and five kids- it met all our needs. The porch was perfect and we enjoyed spending our time there.

When calling the front gate about check in they were clueless about what the instructions told us to do. Luckily another family member happened to be staying on property who had our same last name so we got in that way, but calling the front gate at Litchfield they are confused about guests who aren’t booked through them..

We really loved the location and the layout of the house. Having the screen porch was amazing with our 2year old. I only wish the hammock had been out for us to lounge and nap in.

34 Compass Ct is a comfortable house within walking distance to the beach. Only three bedrooms but lots of beds! It could sleep 12 but handled our 6 with plenty of room. The living and eating area is very big and useable. The kitchen was fine. It could use some wine glasses! But, we cooked a large dinner with no problems.Our favorite part of the house was the porch. It is large, private and overlooks a fountain.The only downside was that the gas firepit would not start and there was no hammock. We did not use the pool but it is a small community pool (probably shared by ten houses?) that looked very nice. The house is an older home with some wear and tear-some stains on carpet and on furniture. Some outside repairs needed. There were no beach chairs available or beach towels. But, overall it was perfect for our family and I would rent it again. We had no negative issues with the management company, Vacasa.

34 Compass Ct

Was in the area for wedding my wife and I and our 2 sons with their spouses all stayed in the house. Nicely furnished, well stocked with necessities, and very clean. Highly recommend this property.

Well-Decorated Home - Wonderful Experience

We loved all about this home. Perfect location, close to the beach, gated community, felt like home away from home. Nearby shopping. We would definitely want to stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Pawleys Island, SC.

Family trip to litchfield by the sea

Very good layout and location. Couple minor Cleanliness issues upon check in. Beds very Comfortable and worked very well for our family Of four adults. Have stayed at LBTS for 30 years and would recommend this property.

A+ Top notch rental

We had the best week! Perfect weather!! Beautiful home in a wonderful location. Nice walks to the beach, tennis or pickleball courts! We’ve stayed here many times and always look forward to coming back again. Thank you for helping make our vacation one to cherish and remember.

Great home!

My daughter got married 5/4/24 and the bridal party stayed at this beautiful home! We all got our hair and makeup done here and there was plenty of room! Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent again!!Just an FYI that the hand and body soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Not a big deal, just wanted to let you know.

Overall we loved the property. It was not cleaned fantastically before our arrival. It would be nice to have a few more hand towels in the bathroom and kitchen towels. It would have been handy to have some tupperware in the kitchen too. We went through a lot of foil with leftovers. The space is great and we love the screened in porch!

Litchfield Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay for a few nights. The kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean, but the hardwood floors needed attention. The cleaning products in the closet were very dirty, and the vacuum would overheat. With that said, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Vacasa. They were helpful when problems arose.

Never received bands for entry into pool we paid for even after several calls and texts.Refrigerator had food stuck on shelves, clear Keurig reservoir still had water in it. Had to be cleaned. Kitchen cabinets had coffee stains dripping down.Master Bed had no bottom sheet. Upstairs bed had sand between sheets. Upstairs tub was dirty.Location of home was great for beach access. Except for cleaning issues home was nice.

Great Family Home

The house was perfect for my two children, their spouses, and the 3 grand sons. The rooms were comfortable and the foosball table gave us hours of fun and competition. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool around the circle was real close and always lightly attended. The boys could have fun and play with rafts and toys. The walk to the beach was a piece of cake and the grandsons had a blast. The sand and waves made for hours of adventure and digging What a great location! The hammock was a wild ride for the little ones but they also did fall asleep one time. The cutest picture ever. All in all, a very perfect week at the beach for my out of town family.
