Only 8 blocks from beautiful downtown Pawhuska, just minutes from the Pioneer Woman's Mercantile, P-Town Pizza, Ladd's new (almost open) Steakhouse and all the shopping! Home is located on a corner lot with a privacy fence and lovely back patio with seating. Amenities include all the comforts of home including a full washer/dryer, detergent and fabric softener. Complementary COFFEE, creamers and a case of bottled water. Each bedroom has it's own vanity sink.
    Come enjoy a relaxing get away in the heart of Osage county!

The house was clean and very accommodating. Bruce was an excellent host and responded quickly when we reached out. We will stay here again if we ever get back to Pawhuska.

Bruce was a wonderful host with a lot of information and help before we even arrived. The house was clean and well taken care of and in a great location! Definitely would be looking to book again if in the area.

We have a great time. The house is beautifully decorated & had lots of space. We would definitely stay again. Bruce was very nice.

Excellent Stay

Had a family get together and enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the quiet back porch and a very good kitchen. Bruce did an excellent job of communicating with us on things to do.

Very nice, comfortable house. Decorated very cute in 'Pioneer Woman' style. We had a 'Ladies Retreat' for the women in our family here. There are so many places to visit & shop in Pawhuska, OK, and we had a great time!(We did have a problem with small black ants in the area of the kitchen window & cabinet. I have every confidence that the host/property manager has already taken care of this problem.)The ladies agreed we would highly recommend this house & when we do another retreat, this will be our 1st choice!

Perfect for Girl’s Weekend

The house was so cute! The owner included a lot of little extras that made it very nice. He was easy to get in touch with and did everything to make our stay memorable.

Pawhuska Experience

Girls Trip

Lovely home with plenty of room for 5 women on a Girls Trip. Close to downtown Pawhuska & shopping. Loved the Pioneer Woman decor! Very nice in every respect. Appreciated tips from property manager regarding things to do in the area.

Rooster house in Pawhuska.

We had a great time in Pawhuska for the 4th of July at the rooster house! Bruce gave us lots of information about the area and always checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was clean, cool, well decorated and so comfortable. Having a sink in every room was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Girl’s weekend

Property was clean and Bruce was very easy to communicate with. Sent us links to let us know things to do in the area. Property was close to the mercantile. Would stay there again if ever in Pawhuska.
