"Hotel/apartment was great. Locating the place was difficult. No name of the apartment. Had to ask neighbors wgere the hotel was but I did not know the name of the place. Luckily the neighbor recognized the pictures I showed her. Over all it was a nice, clean place fir the remote area it was in. sbd the manager Ramon was very nice. "

"The location and views from the property can’t be beat. The food was fabulous, and the staff is incredibly accommodating. Gabriel and Sandra are amazing servers at the bar/restaurant;and Efrein at the front desk is extremely customer service oriented and very kind to work with. "Resumidamente, volvería mil veces más. La ubicación es excelente, sientes que estás en el paraíso. La piscina es soñada y es como estar dentro de una montaña pero al frente del hotel. Solo una observación que en el restaurante tendría más variedad y precios un poco accesibles, dado que prácticamente comes ahí 3 veces. Me encantó que dieran la posibilidad de llevar las botellas del licor favorito de uno. Para estadías de 8 días ayudaría poder usar al menos al almuerzo la cocina compartida, así...

"Die gesamte Anlage scheint in die Jahre gekommen und sehr vernachlässigt worden zu sein hinsichtlich Pflege und Wartung Die Bungalows sind kaum oder nur sehr schlecht gereinigt. Durch Löcher in fliegenetze kommen viele Insekten in das Bungalow Am holztisch , der zum Essen gedacht ist , haben sich schon länger mehrere Insekten eingepuppt gehabt , auch sind Pilze daran gewachsen . "El A/C perfecto, inmaculada la habitación, la atención del personal en el restaurante ha tenido un cambio muy positivo, ya no es regular como lo que era antes, ciertos platos tienen porciones muy pequeñas, y la pizza podría tener quesos con más sabor. Pero se ha mejorado muchísimo."
