"Pros: * Amazing location with beautiful views. * Generous room sizes. * Well-catered breakfast spread. Cons: * Lack of Hospitality: For a 5-star property where we booked a premium room, the service fell far short of expectations. Front desk staff were constantly glued to their screens, failing to make eye contact or acknowledge guests passing by or waiting. * Inefficient Service: Simple tasks like printing an invoice meant standing in front of staff for up to 30 minutes while they stared at their monitors. Basic requests, such as adding a tax number, completely stalled the process. * Hidden Fees: Unacceptable extra charges just to use the sunbeds directly in front of the pool, which should be a basic inclusion at a premium 5-star resort. * Depressing Atmosphere: The interior was far too dark, creating a gloomy contrast with the bright exterior. The lobby lacked any presence or atmosphere, making the hotel feel deserted rather than offering the vibrant buzz expected from a major 5-star establishment. * Housekeeping Overlooked: While the hotel is generally clean overall, attention to detail is lacking. Tables on the breakfast terrace were not properly wiped down from one day to the next, with visible leftovers remaining from the previous afternoon. * Maintenance & Apology Failure: Most frustrating was the hot water outage on one of the days. While reception eventually offered an alternate room to shower and sent a technician, the technician uncomfortably lingered in o"

"No geral, bom. No particular, aqui e ali, detalhes que podiam ser melhores e/ou melhorados. 1. O buffet, não sendo mau, antes pelo contrário, houve momentos que podia ter sido melhor; 2. A falta de ar condicionado nos quartos, tendo noção do custo que isso acarretará, era uma vantagem; 3. Um mini-frigorifico no quarto era muito positivo, ter água fresca em diferentes momentos quando se está de férias num sítio quente seria muito bom; 4. Aquela rampa da estrada até à receção é muito íngreme, mas toda a Madeira é, por aí nada, só a observação; 5. O pequeno almoço é muito bom; 6. A Tatiana Freitas é/foi excelente. Quando reservei, tinha 7,3, hoje, após a estadia, acho que a nota é perfeitamente ajustável. Gostámos de ficar."
