"Our first time at lakes and what a lovely hotel and great staff what work there , I Cannot remember the name of the therapist from the spa who gave me a facial & massage she was the tonic I needed thank you.we couldn’t fault the hotel from start to finish thank you all , and the chef on barbecue how impressive "

"Beautiful old Manor House, main area and particularly the day room were snug and cosy.
Room had all the facilities required. Lovely white fluffy towels and clean linen. Pillows very hard (but that is preference). Majority of staff pleasant. Food excellent. SPA a bit tired in places but thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and the massage was lovely. Would book again. "

"Super nice rooms, excellent shower, all very clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were high quality, clean and maintained throughout the day. Breakfast excellent - continental pastries and usual buffet. The restaurant and bar area are picturesque and add to warm cosy feeling of the entire venue. Would highly recommend.

"La relació qualitat preu no es correspon a un hotel de 4 estrelles. L’habitació era petita i les finestres donaven a les instal·lacions tècniques de l’hotel, en canvi el preu corresponia a una suite. Necessites un vehicle per arribar a l’hotel. Els serveis de personal i especialment la cuina son excelents. "

"We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by the loveliest staff! We were then kindly given an upgrade from a snug room to a superior double with lake views which absolutely made our stay! Such a king gesture. This is our 5th time visiting we try to make it at least twice a year!"
