"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"People need to know that there are a lot of steps and it is very challenging. Some of our people slipped going down the wood stairs very few amenities i.e. hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels they just weren’t there. You need to bring your own coffee for sure."

"Was starting a sailing vacation and wanted a property next to marina. The VRBO app said this property was so i paid the high price to be close. When i went to map location i could not find house l. after 30 min of calling found out house was 6 miles away, not close to marina at all."
