There are two bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements. The main bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower, offering additional privacy. The second bedroom has two single beds that can also be arranged together as a double, allowing the setup to suit couples, families, and groups of friends. A second bathroom with shower in the accommodation provides additional convenience for bigger groups.

The city centre, around 2 km away, is home to pedestrian streets, lively squares, cafés, restaurants, and the historic Apollo Theatre. A little further uphill, the medieval Patras Castle, approximately 3 km away, offers panoramic views across the city and the Gulf of Patras. The impressive Church of Saint Andrew, one of Greece's largest churches, is around 2.5 km away and is one of the city's most important landmarks.



If you feel like spending time by the sea, Agiia Beach is approximately 8 km away and is the city's most popular organised beach, while Kastellokampos Beach, around 10 km away, offers another pleasant option along the waterfront.
