Everything was perfect for a nice relaxing warm get away. Booking was easy and communication was top notch. Hector was an outstanding host. Casa Wurster has so much history a beautiful well kept 15 acres over looking the Caribbean with beach access right across the street. Great local restaurants and bakery within 10 minutes of the place.

This home is just perfect for us. We love visiting every single year. The owners are so kind and welcoming. Hector is fantastic. They have become family. The pool is warm and beach perfect. If you want to relax and enjoy paradise this is the place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Seabreeze! The home was exactly as described, clean comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location in patillas is beautiful and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. Communication with the host Hector was seamless and responsive and made the experience smooth and stress free. It was the perfect base for our family trip, we’ll absolutely be back!

Fabulous vacation spot

We absolutely love Casa Wurster. Kathy is so easy to work with super kind. Russ is fantastic one of our favorite people we love seeing him every year. Hector is always helpful and friendly. Definitely our favorite place we have stayed in PR.

Incredible Place

The welcome through Hector (who was waiting for us while his grand daughter had a birthday party) was warming. The house was spotless!!! Awesome place to stay and start adventures (up the hill behind the house, the basketball hoop and pickle ball court, access to the beach / water). Unfortunately as with all vacations they are always too short but if we get the time and oportunity again, we will definitely try to come back to Casa Wurster in Patillas!!! And Aqua Salada has the best Mojitos and Fish Tacos ever!!!!!

Simply amazing

The pictures do not do this house or property justice. The house is much larger than the pictures make it appear. It is the most well stocked house we have ever stayed in, games, books, beach towels, beach chairs, kitchen accs, pool accs, etc. They have thought of everything. The pool was great and it’s heated. The grounds were beautiful for morning walks, the pickleball court is so nice and the view seems unreal. The location is close to plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery and activities.

Sea Breeze Paradise

My family and I planned a two week vacation in Puerto Rico. One week to meet with family living there and one week for R&R. Had we known that Sea Breeze house was so beautiful and the hiking trail we would have requested to stay 2 weeks in Sea Breeze. Russ the owner of the property was so gracious and kind. He also gave a tour of some nearby beaches. We also met Russ's dog Lucky who greeted us as we walked up the hiking trail. He such a beautiful. Miss you Lucky. We are grateful Russ shared his property with us. Hector was also so nice and made us feel welcomed. He made sure we were happy and if we needed anything we could call him. Hector made sure to stop by before we left and confirm our stay went well. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We created some family memories that would never be forgotten. Sea Breeze is a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The hiking trail and view at the top is priceless and picturesque. At one point at the top we had to sit and pray because we just felt so close to God because you can see the majesty of the sea and a peace. I would most definitely return and for a longer period of time if available. Thank you Russ.

A home away from home

Casa Sea breeze was everything I could've asked for in a vacation rental. This beautiful home accommodated all our needs for the short time we stayed. I regret not staying longer. It had sufficient space, clean rooms and restrooms. It was in close proximity to restaurants, markets, and the beach. Hector was so kind & helpful. He answered all our questions, gave us recommendations and made our stay so comfortable. The million dollar views from the mountain top were spectacular!! We all had a great time. I would definitely return to La casa Wurster. Thank you Wurster family for sharing your home with my family 🙏.

Absolutely Amazing!!

I have rented through VRBO 3-4 times a year for several years now. This rental was by far my absolute favorite. The house is amazing. The pictures do not do this house justice. This house is up to date, beautiful, spacious and spotless. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need and beautiful. The beds are amazing. The bedrooms are spacious. Having 2 master bedrooms is perfect. The pool is amazingly private. But the owners and staff, they make your stay memorable and special. Hector is wonderful and helpful with any need you may have. He went above and beyond to make a special memory for my son with a family game of pickle ball after dark. Ross the owner was a highlight of the trip. Hearing the history of the property was fascinating. The views from anywhere on the property will leave you speechless. If you have any doubt about this rental put your mind at ease, you will not be disappointed. On our departure day storms came in. Roads were flooded and closed. We were not sure we were going to be able to make it to the airport. The owner came to check on us and to let us know we could stay if needed. Hector kept in contact with us also letting us know we could stay at the house another day if needed. Hector kept in contact with us until our flight made it out of Puerto Rico. It was reassuring to know that we had a place to return to if we needed it. My family will definitely return to Casa Wurster again.

Nice home with lots of space.

This house was perfect for our trip! More than enough space and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, dishes and appliances that we needed to make numerous meals throughout the week. The house was very clean and the pool in the back was our favorite part! It was kept warm for our stay and it was a great way to relax at the end of the day. We used it every night! We were very happy with the house and all the help Hector had given us with recommendations. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

BEST TRIP EVER

No matter how much space we are given for a review, there won't be enough to say how much we enjoyed Sea Breeze and all of Casa Wurster. There just aren't enough words. Beautiful home. Very clean. Incredibly well stocked. Absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space for a larger party. Lots of bathrooms. Just wonderful. Great pool. Heated. Clean. Lots of floaties in the closet. Lots of towels. Perfect. Close to the beach. The beach across the street was fine. We actually preferred driving a bit down to Patillas Beach. Several places to grab lunch. Trees to sit under between outings in the water. Beautiful sea. Lovely beach. Lovely locals. Nearby grocery stores. Food cost about the same as stateside. Great produce. Walked up the hill (OK, I drove but the rest walked) to the beautiful lookout. Cocktails at the picnic table at sunset up there. Breakfast one day so we could see the sunrise too. Peaceful and beautiful. Little lizards everywhere! HECTOR IS THE GREATEST CONCIERGE. Met us at the house the evening we came in and reviewed everything. Gave us a tour. Made sure we had his number. Checked in on us every day. Checked the pool on our last day - - didn't just leave it go since we were leaving the next day!! Referred us to shopping, snorkeling, restaurants. Visited with us on the porch. Hector is without a doubt a big part of why this was the greatest trip ever. He maintains the property in tip-top condition, and makes sure all the guests needs are met. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Excellent

We met another couple (family) in PR and opted to get away from San Juan and tourists. Sea Breeze did not disappoint. The home is well maintained and very clean. One of the appealing aspects of the home was the two master suites which are on opposite ends of the home. Despite no air conditioning in the living area, we were comfortable because of the non-stop wind and ceiling fans. The AC units in the bedrooms worked great for keeping you cool while sleeping. The pool was great. There is easy and close access to the beach. Concierge Hector was professional and thorough. He made check-in easy and was accessible if needed (which we did not need him.) We have rented many VRBO homes and this one ranks up there with the best.

Fantastic Vacation

The stay at Casa Wurster was a wonderful vacation. Hector, the property manager, was fantastic throughout the entire vacation. We will all miss him dearly. Amazing stay

From the minute we arrived in PR Hector (property manager) was very attentive and easy to reach. He also made sure our son who is on the spectrum was comfortable and had additional activities available. The best part was having a private pool available when we got back to the house after a long day out.

Perfect place for a family vacation

The house was perfect for our family vacation! We loved the pool that we had just to ourselves since it was in our backyard. My nieces swam everyday! The beach was just beautiful and though it was next to a public space… it really did feel private! You will need water shoes for the rocks. The house was spacious and comfortable for 9 of us! Perfect for time together and time to unwind in our rooms. Spacious kitchen and dining made for some wonderful memories. Drives to the “hot spots” were a bit long, but worth it. It was always great to come back to our little private “resort”… that’s what it felt like. The house has a fun layout… we hung in the back yard and even the front porch is great for a morning coffee with the family. The little hike on the premises feels so safe and the views at the top re to die for! Seiously a perfect place to stay! I loved it! My whole family was happy! The host was so helpful and responsive! We had a blast!

Our stay at Casa Wurster’s Sea breeze house was amazing to say the least. The house has breathtaking views. The house met all our expectations and more. It was clean, comfortable for 9 people. We enjoyed the pool directly behind the house with perfect seating area and all its amenities. It had the feeling of home. Hector was very attentive and helpful from start to finish. I loved that when I sent an email to Casa Wurster the reply was immediate. By far the best service I have received on vacation. Also, we must mention the suggested Adventure Patillas in the binder of things to do. They were wonderful as well. Ricardo and Emilese were great tour guides. I believe we made life long friends in Patillas!! We highly recommend Casa Wurster and their amazing properties.

Well deserved family vacation

The Sea Breeze house was perfect for our family of eight (5 adults/3 kids). It was very clean and well stocked with so many things you want to bring with you on vacation but can not all fit in your luggage (games, swim floats, umbrellas, shopping bags, etc..). The swimming pool was such a wonderful amenity, especially if your not a beach person. Hector the property manager, was professional, kind, and just a phone call/or text message away. Kathy was also great in answering emails right away. I would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you Casa Wurster!!

Phenomenal location and experience

Great to reconnect with our origins as my wife and I are locals and still have family in Patillas! Great location to relax, have a great time, walk around the property, play and even enjoy the million dollar view from the top of the mountain! Can’t wait to return to the property in the near future!

Exceptionally beautiful property and location

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed at! The pictures are accurate but they don't capture how spacious and well maintained the house is. The owners have also added a new private pool to this property and it's spectacular! It was perfect for our family with a mix of adults and kids. It's beautifully tiled with a gazebo and refrigerator and bathroom. We spent most of our time back in the pool. They even had life jackets for children and pool toys for us to use. Hector, the manager, was great. He answered all our questions and was available for anything we needed. He also checked in on us from time to time to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this properties for families or groups. We will stay here again next time we are in PR!
