Good place to stay.
What a beautiful view of the river from our room (all rooms face the river). Very conveniently located off Hwy 97. Parking is a little off - but ok. Room was clean.

Room wasn’t ready until 5:00 P.M. The breakfast was skimpy and not stalked. Just some bagels without cream cheese. No juice, yogurt, or protein. The restaurant is now closed so not too many options for dining anymore. We always stay here when we visit the area and love this hotel but this trip was disappointing.

A wonderful stay! Lovely view of the river from every room. A nice, artsy city park - great for strolling riverside, right outside the door. Excellent bakery across the street.

Great stay
It was cozy and comfortable and a nice clean room. We really enjoyed the river view when the sun rose over the Mountainview. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is a walking distance of the edge of the river. They can certainly improve in the customer service department - hire more friendly women.

Thumbs way up! 5 stars!
Amazing room, had a fireplace going when we walked in, the room was beautiful and the view of the lake was stunning!! I would definitely recommend coming here. Pateros was a charming town.

fireplace and phone didn’t work. moved to another room but that phone didn't work either. restaurant was not open for two days . Great view of Lake Pateros on the Columbia River. Room was clean and comfortable.

I do apologize about the restaurant not being open, with COVID they have had a hard time keeping things together. They plan to open back up January 5th. Hopefully by then the governments mandates will allow for dining in. We hope to see you again and we will work hard to resolve these issues. Thank you for choosing Howards. Quiet, with a spectacular view. Parking was wonderfully laid out. Wenhad a longbed truck pulling a full trailer with quads and didn't have any issues. Staff was very friendly and extremely happy to see us, as guests are at an all time low due to covid. Missed not being able to have a real breakfast - obviously not their fault, it's like this everywhere.

Wonderful experience at Howard’s LakeShore Inn
This trip was for our 10-year anniversary. We had an excellent time. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the view, breathtaking and romantic. We also appreciated the affordable rate and proximate to Lake Chelan. My wife and I. As we were leaving to go home, agreed that we would definitely be back.

The room was nicely appointed and much better than expected, with a nice patio/fireplace/large bathroom. However, the room's electrical outlets had not been checked by housekeeping and the outlets/hairdryer, microwave/coffeemaker/clock did not work. In fact I had to use another room to dry/curl my hair. No compensation for the inconvenience was offered. I paid thru Expedia $64.04, but when the receipt was e-mailed it showed a charge of $102. Even though the room itself was nice, I definitely would not recommend this property due to incompetence and poor customer service!

I am Extremely sorry for all of the errors on our end, The Actual Plug had to be replaced completely. So you are right we aren't sure when that kind of thing can happen. The room having a deck on the lake/River was amazing. Service was friendly and efficient. Lovely little town. Great restraint right next door with great food, service and huge portions. This place was a very pleasant surprise.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Not a very good breakfast. It was very limited and was basically muffin and drink. They were full to capacity so I know that it would have been cost effective to present a larger layout such as places like LaQuinta do.
