✔ When the parking lot is full: Public parking lot at the triple gym, only about 400 m away (just €3.60 per day)

🔑 Check-in made easy:
Access is via a key box. You’ll receive the code and all important information in your personal guest portal 12 hours before your arrival. Detailed instructions for the key box can also be found in the guest portal.

🚭 Please note:
All apartments are non-smoking accommodations. However, smoking is permitted on the private balconies and terraces.
🐾 Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

1. No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
▶ A cleaning and damage fee of up to €200 will be charged for violations.

2. Quiet Hours
Starting at 10:00 PM, we ask that you be considerate of the neighborhood—please avoid loud music and conversations.

3. Visitor Policy
Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the accommodation.

4. Pets
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

5. Toilet Use
Please dispose of toilet paper only in the toilet—no hygiene products, wet wipes, or trash.

6. Safety
Always close windows and doors when leaving the accommodation.
▶ Guests are liable for damages or loss caused by gross negligence.

7. Key Handling
The key must not be given to anyone else and must be returned properly after your stay.
▶ Lost or unreturned keys may result in a charge of up to €50.

8. Furniture & Equipment
Please treat the furniture and equipment with care and report any damage immediately.
▶ Deliberate or negligent damage must be replaced.
