ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This 2-story stilted cottage requires exterior stairs to enter. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor and require additional interior stairs to access- A waiver and additional arrangements are required to use the golf cart. If you wish to use the golf cart, please reach out to the Guest Contact prior to your arrival- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is located on the front door facing the front outdoor entry, 1 camera is located on the side of the home facing the golf cart, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the backyard, and 1 camera is located in the carport facing the parking area. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. For your security and protection, the cameras record video when activated by motion; however, the audio has been disconnected to ensure guest privacy.-Please store all bikes and scooters in the sheltered area underneath both houses, located right next to the car parking spaces.- While the neighborhood is very safe, we highly recommend bringing your own heavy-duty locks. You are welcome to secure your bicycles directly to the structural support posts in the carport area
