We had booked this property almost a year in advance to spend the holidays with my mom, children and grandchildren. During the course of the year we lost our beautiful mama, mimi. We celebrated her life instead. This place had everything we needed to cook, sleep, play. Thr hosts were so nice. I for sure will come back and stay here.

Lovely home lots of room and plenty of beds. Pool was okay, we needed a larger pool but the hot tub was nice. The pool is like a lap pool. Hosts could not have been nicer. Also we requested a later checkout and Mr East was good with it. Great stay!

We had a wedding to attend in Pass Christian and we decided to make it a 3-day weekend family get together. We had 16 Adults and 6 Children. The house had plenty of space to accommodate our group. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and well equipped. The property own was easy to work with. I would definitely book this place again.

The place was perfect for us. The ages of the guest were 2-68. This property was spacious and the grounds and house offered so many various activities for everyone. The owner was extremely accommodating even providing bait for the crab traps.

A wonderful home for a week away from home with all of your family. We had three days of rain but no one was board. There was so much to do at this home and the kitchen was fabulous. Started with a crawfish boil the first night and ended with a shrimp boil the last night not to mention all the great breakfasts in between. We spent many hours on the deck and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the dock with a visit from Fred(the resident alligator). The beach was beautiful once the weather cleared up. Many thanks to Dick for being so responsive to our requests and having a dining room table for 10 which we managed to squeeze 12 family members around! Great family week!

The house was spacious with plenty of room to accommodate the large group. Air conditioner ran like a charm and the kitchen was large enough for the entire group. We had trouble getting the dishwasher to clean dishes and the pool needed some maintenance. I would classify this house as well loved but could use some updating. Dick was a great host!

We had a group of 16. There was plenty room for everyone. There is plenty of entertainment at the house for everyone to enjoy. If there is any problem Dick was right there. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Our 5 year old grandson wanted to go back, he said he would just walk back if we wouldn’t take him😁

We had 16 golfers for 8 days and the house and property exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone, and unlike many places we have stayed, ample bathroom access. The outdoor space was exceptional as well, with plenty of parking and room to roam(we even parked and hooked up a 32’ RV). We didn’t catch any fish, but did snag a few crabs in the traps that were provided. The hot tub was always hot and pool provided a refreshing splash after a day at the course. Mr. East was the best, as he was easy to communicate with and kept us aware of when maintenance folks were going to be on property. Overall, one of the best properties we’ve experienced in 18 of doing these golf trips, and we will definitely be back.

We had a group of 10. My husband and I, 6 of our kids, ages 12-21, met up with my parents to spend some time together - it turns out that southern Mississippi is a good halfway place between Indiana and Southern Texas - who knew?! Anyway, we were looking for a place in that general location, with three requirements: pet friendly, wheelchair accessible, and large enough for our group. A fourth almost requirement was that it would be on the water. Between my mom and two of our children, we have three wheelchair users, and my parents never travel without their two cats. 😂 So with wanting a place on the water, I had my work cut out for me to find a location! Thankfully we found a perfect location, with everything we needed AND quite a few bonuses! There were thoughtful touches throughout - towels, including beach towels, the hot tub heated and ready to go, chicken legs ready to put out in the crab traps, spices in the cupboards, all of the cooking gadgets you'll need to make anything your family is in the mood for in their ginormous chef's kitchen (and they even included delivery info in case your personal chef needs the night off), and best of all, a stocked coffee bar with Keurig, k-cups in a variety of flavors, and creamers and sugar at the ready. We were impressed! And thankful! Things we really enjoyed and got a lot of use out of - the pool table, the hot tub, the dock, the kayaks, the fireplace (January), the cozy living room. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!
