Below it, the yard falls away in terraces shaded by old trees, so the view from your coffee is green and layered rather than fenced and flat. It's private out there. Mornings are quiet, afternoons stretch, and the ping pong table settles whatever needs settling.

Inside, the split-level layout does what split-levels do best: it gives everyone somewhere to be. Four bedrooms and two baths sleep eight, with enough separation between floors that early risers and late-nighters can coexist. Air conditioning handles the Paso summer, laundry is on site, and a smart TV covers the evenings that end on the sofa.

This is the Westside, up the hill from town, and the walk down to the middle of Paso Robles takes about fifteen minutes. Downtown City Park sits at the center of it — a shaded square ringed by boutiques, restaurants, and a Saturday farmers market, with Studios on the Park a block off and the Children's Museum closer still. The vineyard-covered hills start right behind you, and Highway 46 runs west to Cambria and the coast in about forty minutes. Coming home is uphill, which is what rideshares are for.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
