Beautiful property. A little bit of a drive from downtown paso and majority of the wineries but it was a gorgeous place to stay!

Beautiful property with lots of open space for our family of 14. The most equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen at a rental & the Bess were very comfy. The pool & spa were awesome. Spa entry & exit was a little difficult without steps but besides that, an overall fantastic place!

Birthday Gathering

Very nice and spacious house. We loved all of the wildlife (owls, hawks, and bunnies). It was hard to leave to go to other activities as the property was so much fun. The weather was perfect for our spring stay.

Family Thanksgiving Getaway

An enchanting place for a family vacation with a big kitchen and roomy house. 8 adults and 5 children roamed the almost 2 acre property in lovely fall weather. This property was secluded and afforded a safe and restful oasis from our normal fast paced lifestyle.

We had a group of 12 teens/adults together for our annual summer get-together with our dear friends/family. The house was well-appointed, very clean, and had all the amenities needed to make it an incredible stay. The hosts were easily reached when we had a question and were kind and helpful. There is only one thing we wished for—a 2nd refrigerator since we had six parents and six teenage boys.

Amazing Spot

Stayed here with my extended family for a few days. Great spot, a hidden gem at the end of the road. Wish could have stayed longer. Great communication, and instructions.

Girls weekend

Beautiful property! Great for a large group getaway. There was some interesting electrical issues( lights and fans turning on randomly), but other than that it was a great place for our girls trip!

Great family vacation.

Beautiful home and property. Three small families fit comfortably. (5 adults and 5 kids ages 11-13). Really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely book again. Only suggestions would be more outdoor lighting in the backyard on the deck and by the pool and hot tub. Guests should know house is not stocked with condiments except salt and pepper and olive oil I think. Well equipped kitchen though. Grocery store near by was 20 minute drive so hit that up on your way in from downtown Paso.

July 2023 Stay

We loved this property and house. Spacious and perfect for hosting a large group of people. Pool and the hot tub were super popular with our group and used the entire weekend. Loved the decor and they had plenty of dishes/glasses etc for our large group. The back deck we sat on a few times and played games and hung out. We did spend one lovely summer Paso night at the Gazebo by the pool and brought some extra chairs and drank some wine and talked till late. The house is set up nice and we never felt on top of each other. We went for a morning run and walked over to Cass for lunch which was super close and I highly recommend the burger…it was amazing! We definitely would come back here and stay again at this house. Was told they are planning to add a sand volleyball court and fire pit outside so we will definitely be back to check those out.

Family Getaway

We booked this house for a family getaway to celebrate a birthday. When we arrived, the property was above our expectations, as far as how it looked in the listings and the cleanliness. It was the perfect location away from the city, the best part of it was the back private patio, where we cooked and enjoyed an outdoor dinner in the evening (property had big tables on the patio for the entire group to sit comfortably and even had a heater, since it was a little chilly, it was great to have the heater). Seems like the property is managed by a group of agents that really want to make sure everyone is satisfied with their stay. I had the pleasure speaking to few of the agents prior to our arrival, and they answer all my questions and assured me that the few concerns I had for a smooth weekend stay would be all addressed prior to our arrival, and were amazing in addressing them. Although, we had plans to visit some of the local wineries, and did not spend much of our time at the property, I would recommend any visitors to spend most of their time at the property and enjoy more of the 20 acer lot (next time when we return, we will surely plan to spend more time enjoying everything the property has to offer!!) PS: if you just walk around the property, it will probably take you 20-30 min to do a lap.

Pretty property but lots of issues.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and area were beautiful. We did have several issues however. The refrigerator water and ice were broken. We were not notified of this head of time. The house inside and out had hundreds of bugs. We killed a ton of spiders inside the house. We also had to vacuum all windows before we could open them because there were spider webs everywhere. Our dogs even had ticks get on them from outside. The house GREATLY needs to be treated for bugs before they have guests stay. The hot tub also wasn't working the first few days. We had to have a technician come by twice to get it to work. The property was very nice but it is extremely disappointing when you pay as much as we did and have issued like bugs and appliances broken. They should have offered us a discount or something for this disturbance, but we were not offered anything. This is unfortunate.

We had all the needed cooking equipment and accessories to make our stay relaxing and satisfying. I can't say enough good things about Paso Robles Vacation Rentals. They were responsive to all our needs at all times. We had a few minor issues with the spa and pool. They had service people on site within 30 minutes of a phone call to them. I wouldn't hesitate to rent any of their properties again. We'll be coming back next year.

Beautiful property with plenty of room indoors and outdoors, idyllic and peaceful. Great layout for our families, with clean and nice amenities. The one oddity was our trash bin was mysteriously taken away at times during week and the hosts weren't sure when it would be returned. Overall, the hosts were easily reachable and were kind and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We all had a grand time at Oaks and Roses! The home was beautiful and clean. The staff at PRVR were attentive and helpful!We had asked about a pack and play for the youngest in the family. When we got there, we couldn't find it. After checking, PRVR promptly brought one to us! The pool is mostly the same depth which I thought we wouldn't like but it worked perfectly for the swimmers and non-swimmers in the group. It was also refreshing during the hottest part of the summer! We had all the dogs (5) which they graciously accepted! Plenty of room to roam and sniff!As other reviews stated, you ARE in the country so remember that! We did deal with ants and found a rodent in the pool. All part of life in the country!!We totally enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to others!
