The property itself is a nice one, plenty to do and well appointed. The road to the property being gravel and dirt should be noted someplace so folks with low riding or no all wheel drive can plan accordingly. I have rented enough high end properties to expect a seamless check in process. On day of trip I had to call property management company to ask for check in process to be emailed, codes etc. That's information I should have had 48 hours ahead of checkin.
Once we get to property I see an iPad and instructions that the lights, music, pool and spa were controlled by iPad. Except iPad wasn't connecting to property which left us unable to use the pool or spa for the first nite. I called property management and was told they would call owner who recently put iPad system in to help. I was told to expect a call to talk through next steps received none. PM company did contact owner and we resolved iPad issues so we could use pool etc. My issue is this should have been done prior to our arrival. Someone should have checked the systems and removed all covers from seats around fire pit. We weren't sure with the chairs covered did that mean we shouldn't or couldn't use the area so we didn't.
Very expensive property, very little customer care. Would not stay at this property again.
