The Bliss house is a cozy retreat. The backyard is inviting, I wish the weather had been better. We only got to sit by the fire pit one evening. If you are short, the tub/shower is a little high, but it works. The dining table seats 6, the living room seats 4, the kitchen is very nice with all the amenities you need. It was lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and to see all the different spices for use. The location is very central and in good weather an easy walk to the downtown square. It was fabulous that it was dog friendly and so many places in Paso welcome dogs.Overall, I would stay again, hopefully next time during the warmer weather!!

Beautiful property. Lots of room, complete kitchen, cable/streaming, Wi-Fi, big yard for dogs. Walk to city park and restaurants.Slight drawbacks - could hardly climb in and out of shower tub. Had to guess how to turn on the shower part. One time could not turn off water, had to find valves coming out of floor to turn off. Had to kneel on floor to reach the Microwave .

Perfect Spot!

My husband and I stayed at Bliss House with another couple and loved it! It is a beautifully restored home, with a lovely outdoor space. You can easily walk to town and the location is an easy drive to wineries. This was our first visit to Paso Robles and we will be back.

The place is decorated in true Victorian fashion with modern amenities. Beautiful backyard and fantastic kitchen. We had an issue with the entry, and they were on it right away. We called and they acted. I would definitely stay there again.Kelly

Truly Bliss

The Bliss House is exceptional, very clean, with everything you need! It would be nice to know there's an ADU on the property that is a rental as well. It is close to downtown so very walkable. I will definitely rent it again!

We stayed at this historic house for 3 nights. It was well-equipped, and the location was awesome—within walking distance to great restaurants in downtown. Driving to wineries, the coast, and attractions was also a breeze. We will definitely book again

Charming stay

My family including our puppy really enjoyed our stay at Bliss House. The house is so charming, updated but with Victorian charm. The backyard is also amazing and my puppy loved running around the backyard. I appreciated all of the thoughtful touches in the backyard such as fences and gates. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas stay!

Wine country getaway

We were three women friends meeting in the wine country for a reunion. This house was extremely well appointed and well located near restaurants and shops. Very clean and everything perfectly maintained. We're already planning a return trip.

Outside property

We loved the home. The inside of the house was perfect. Unfortunately the outside property and all of the furniture was extremely dirty. I understand dust accumulate, but it appears that it hadn’t been cleaned for use in sometime every chair we had to scrub down and clean just to sit on.

Beautiful house in good location

We stayed here several days in June/July. The house is beautifully restored and is very well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay and used the place to the fullest: morning coffee on the veranda, playing corn hole, and bbq in the yard. The house is walking distance to downtown. We were with 4 of us and had plenty of space. We very much recommend this house for people wanting to stay in Paso Robles.

Perfect Paso House

This beautiful cozy historic house was absolutely perfect for our wine tasting trip. We brought our 21 year old son for his birthday and his sister for her college graduation. We introduced them to the beautiful Paso Robles. This house was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked for making breakfast each morning. The location is the best part! We were a short walk into the square where we had dinner each night. We would absolutely stay here again and utilize the outside area more! We were so sleepy after wine tasting all day...go figure. I've already sent this listing to a few friends of mine who were looking for places to stay. The 2 bedrooms upstairs do share a bathroom but that was fine for my kids. We did bring one of the outdoor patio chairs into the TV room one night to watch a movie because seating was really comfortable for just 3 but who comes to the wine country to watch TV???? The master bathroom is absolutely beautiful, but I would caution anyone using the shower (which is a free standing tub with very high sides), to be very very careful getting in and out. This might not be the right house for people who have those physical limitations. Other than that, we will absolutely rent this place again. We would love to know if the apartment above the garage is a rental also? We usually come to Paso with 4 couples.
