"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"A lovely old building, unfortunately a mass renovation was happening when i stayed. Despite that it was still a nice stay. The staff were great, the restaurant good and the room nice."

"The hotel is under renovation on the front part. But it doesn’t affect much experience for me since the room and the hotel lobby are still ok. Got free breakfast with quite complete selection. Will stay again if I go malang. Quite in city Centre and easy to go around from this hotel. Just next to the old malang train station too! "

"Wonderful boutique hotel. Very clean and comfortable room with great bed and plenty of hot water. There was a little construction noise from The property next door but that won’t last forever. The area is a clean and quiet neighbourhood with some nice cafes and bars just a short stroll down the street from the hotel. Great freshly prepared breakfasts every morning and a very cosy stay. Highly recommended "

"Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe). The staff was nice. It had a wet bathroom. We did see ants looking for food - not a big problem if you are careful not to leave crumbs or open food around. We would stay there again -...
