This beautiful vacation home with swimming pool is located 5 km from Balestrate, in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare, among the hills of the famous Alcamo DOC wine, in an oasis of peace and relaxation amidst vineyards and olive groves. The house is surrounded by a garden of about 7000m2 with trees, hedges, shrubs and many flowers - especially there are many strelitzias that give the villa its name. At the disposal of your younger children you will find a small playground with playhouse, rocking chair and other toys. The location of the house allows you to visit many places of western Sicily, such as Palermo and Monreale, with their immense artistic heritage, are only 50 km away, Segesta with its thermal baths and Greek temples (27 km), Selinunte with the largest archaeological site in Europe (70 km), San Vito lo Capo (40 km), the Zingaro nature reserve (26 km) and Trapani (40 km), from where you can reach the Egadi. The beautiful sandy beach of Balestrate is only 5 km away. The house offers its guests a large covered terrace with sofas, armchairs and tables to relax in peace in the Sicilian countryside among the scent of citrus and jasmine. The outbuilding has a large outdoor kitchen with barbecue: perfect for cooking even on the hottest days of the Sicilian summer! On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom; on the second floor there is a relax area with sofa bed, two more bedrooms and a bathroom. A third bathroom is in the outbuilding.
