Wonderful hotel
Used this hotel for three nights during our staycation while our house was remodeled. It was a great stay!

First time staying here while visiting family. The higher price from where we usually stay is well worth it. Looks and smells brand new. Super clean, large guest room, excellent workout facility, and great free breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!!

Disappointed 😞
I've stayed in about 12 different Holiday Inn Express hotels in the last year and this one is the first that was disappointing - and it's the newest! The cleanliness was a problem in the bathroom. The floor was dirty sticky and the toilet paper, total holder had been broken off of the walls (repaired but not replaced) and the shower floor looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned (just a mr clean magic eraser is all it needs) and pink mildew starting to grow in the shower ... but worst of all was the nastiness around the toilet. I travel frequently and i stay at all hotels and motels based on the reviews of places in that area, but this is the worst review I've had to leave. We did change rooms, and the second room was better, but this hotel has very little attention to detail overall. The corners of the elevator need a good cleaning as well as the carpets. Breakfast was good (except rock hard biscuits) mostly, though they had no decaf (i asked and he said he only makes it only once since most people don't like it and it already had run out). The pillow protectors on the bed weren't zipped and the zippers hung out of the pillow cases (which obviously means they can scratch your face). Housekeeping appears lazy at best. So, i will not be back here. Three night before last we stayed at a Home2 Suites and that will be my go to from now on.

Worth every penny!!!!
The check-in was very easy and quick. The room was extremely clean. The hotel staff was friendly and met all of our needs. Will definitely stay here agsin when visiting Parsons,Ks.

I am not a fan that hotels use water conservation as an excuse to save money. I totally get it in areas of drought but not in low population areas where water is abundant. The showers are deplorable and it takes me less than 5 minutes to shower at home and here it took me almost 20.
