Muy descuidada la habitación, el personal llegó a las 6am y el ruido fue detestable, en la madrugada los ruidos en piso de arriba no dejaban dormir.

Tabla de planchar ropa rota y sucia,toallas sucias. Tv no tenía señal llame from from deck y nunca llego a reglar tv 2 sin nada no vuelvo y no recomiendo más de una persona allí dando quejas y no resuelven nada

Terrible experoence
Terrible experience, the worst service attitude ever, they gave us a 2 people room instead of 4, we had to ask for the change, the new room had a horrible smell and the heater also smelled so bad when we turned on. Even they advertise breakfast service they don’t provide it. This hotel is a very very bad option.

Staff are really friendly. Basic breakfast but of course we can't expect a lot for the price we paid. Indian manager is really rude. Next time I'll spend a little more to get a better night of sleep.

Tub didn't work, coffee/tea not available as advertised breakfast had little food which was eaten mostly by homeless people coming in off street beds were not made

The keys would not unlock the doors. The microwave wouldn’t work. Breakfast was very limited.

The property is in need of a mass deep cleaning. There was food left in between the mattress and box spring. The windows and glass doors looked like they’ve never been wiped. Upon check-in the man behind the desk was on a personal call the entire time. My companion and I had to figure out on our own where our room was. I understand that this a budget hotel, but I’d rather spend more to for a better experience elsewhere

Hotel was very, very outdated. Strong smells of smoke and chemical. Reviews had us worried about cleanliness but our room was clean enough. Guy at front desk was nice enough. Wouldn’t recommend.

The parking lot needs to be paved and there should be better servicing of the trash cans in front of front door area. Also it's time for a new ice machine by the front desk. Other than that the hotel was very clean the staff is very professional and I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Jersey. The room was always clean properly I always had plenty of towels and I think it's one of the best rooms in the hotel.

The staff was very courteous however the hotel didn't look anything like the advertising pictures. Very out dated and musty smelling. It ws so bad we checked out early and was told the only way to get refunded was to talk to Expedia

The cleaning personnel are phenomenal for what they got to work with they are doing a fantastic outstanding job I think they deserve a raise the breakfast was very decent I will come back again the room was very clean

It looked very rundown and there were stains on the bed cover and floor. The structure on the balcony to get to the rooms shifted when you walked on it.

Pretty run down property. The rooms seem renovated and a little clean but facilities are so old. Carpets are really old and dirty. The bathroom doors have stains on it that I don’t know what it is.
