Costa Rica condo

Great condo. Was cute & clean & in a gated community. The pool & the workout room were great to have use of. We loved the location. It was close to Jacó where lots of the activities are…. But far enough away to get away from the noise and all the people. But still several restaurants close by. The only drawback was there was no hairdryer or bathroom products that were listed as coming with the condo.

Poor communication

Communication with the host was very poor! There was no point of contact with anybody whilst staying at the property,and no help whatsoever with booking a taxi to travel to the property etc. Cleanliness was only average. There is no mention in the details that there are 42 steps to climb up to the property and consequently nobody to help with heavy luggage.

Bejuco Beach

Loved our stay in this beautiful condo. Plenty of space to enjoy with friends and family. Loved the nearby town center and the amazing pool steps from the condo. Will stay again when in the area.

Beautiful condominium

The condo was lovely, everything we needed. The location was perfect for our visit and we were visited by macaws or monkeys every evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the pool. I might mention how safe we felt in the gated, patrolled community. Thank you for having us.

Absolutely spectacular!

Casa Feliz is EXACTLY as pictured! We were awe of the attention to detail in every aspect of this beautiful condo. Every room is spacious and beautifully appointed. Comfortable elegance at every glance. We enjoyed watching the plethora of bird species visiting the nearby Balsa from the comfort of the balcony. Our favourites were Scarlet Macaw pairs who came every morning and afternoon to dine on the nectar of the balsa flower. Nearby vast Playa Bejuco with its ever present surf, hot sand, warm water and stunning sunsets is only 15 minutes away on foot, or a few minutes drive. The pool on the property was well maintained, clean and not very busy! We enjoyed the restaurants, bakery and convenience store all in walking distance from the condo. Sandra, the property manager and Lillian, the owner were most gracious and helpful when we had questions or needs. What a gem of a property! We were blessed to be able to stay here and certainly plan to return!

Fantastic Place!

The location is perfect, short drive to great beaches and very very close to a nice plaza with coffee, bakery and great food. The house has AC throughout the house, which is great, usually you get only AC in the bedrooms. I had a simple issue with the internet and management fixed within minutes, very responsive, very professional.

Great Condo in an Excellent Location

We loved this condo. It was fully furnished and well-equipped for our stay and for cooking our won meals. We were very pleased with the security and the quiet atmosphere of the condo complex. The pool was great and not crowded. I would recommend this property to anyone, especially if you have a large family or multiple couples in the same condo. There is plenty of space with the living and dining areas and 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Great choice for the price!

Great time in Esterillos

Lillian’s condo is beautiful, the pool is perfect, we walked to the playa Bejuco for sunset and had cappuccino at the City center which is just down at the entrance to Del Pacifico Villas. The market is at the entrance as well so it’s easy to provision, but stopping at the local market for fresh produce would be advisable. The bus to Jaco is infrequent but the driver and all the locals are very helpful and friendly. There’s a lovely hotel bar at the very end of the beach where the sunset is very peaceful.

Awesome Condo Near The Beach

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the three bedroom, three bath unit. Everything was accurately listed in the description. It was well appointed and comfortable as well as being stocked with many of the necessities that are often overlooked like salt/pepper, paper goods etc. One of the reviews I read before renting mentioned there were 42 stairs ascending to the front door. This proved true but none of us found the climb difficult. We especially enjoyed the two balconies overlooking the swimming pool and lush grounds. Having our morning coffee while listening to the tranquil sounds of the birds and animals was a real pleasure. And as if that isn’t enough, a short 5 minute drive will take you to beautiful Playa Bejuco where you can choose to brave the waves of the Pacific or swim in a lazy river that empties into it. Many thanks to the owners for making this property available.

50th wedding anniversary

Extremely nice rental property. Air condition throughout! It provides everything you need except your clothes and food. Very quite with excellent security, and close to a small grocery store and 4 or 5 restaurants. Less than a couple of miles from a secluded beach and half way between two popular public beaches.
