  • Esta fantástica casa es una de las pocas casas frente a la playa disponibles en Esterillos Oeste. La amplia sala de estar ofrece a las parejas, grupos o familias un montón de espacio para entretener. El patio y la terraza llenos miran hacia la playa de Esterillos Oeste directamente frente a esta espectacular casa. Las tres habitaciones están todas en el segundo piso con balcones de cada habitación con vista a la playa.

    La espaciosa cubierta ofrece una piscina privada para refrescarse después de una tarde de surf, bombardeo o simplemente caminar por la espectacular playa. La playa en Esterillos Oeste ofrece surf de clase mundial, boogie boarding y natación. Usted puede literalmente caminar por millas en ambas direcciones en la playa. El extremo oeste del pueblo ofrece un arrecife de lava único visible durante la marea baja y alberga la famosa estatua de sirena.

Right on the beach, actually. This home is gorgeous, safe, clean, and positioned perfectly on the beach. My family and I loved the access and the wonderful sound of the ocean waves, along with the location in reference to the Ocean Park Conservation area and Manuel Antonio.

A gorgeous property with easy beach access. Many birds and iguanas came by as we floated in the pool…quick responses from property managers. Amazing views from all bedrooms through flora to the ocean!

Our 4th stay at Tres Pochotes and once again, a fabulous stay! We can’t wait to return. The house has all the amenities needed— and love the upgrades. Location is absolutely perfect and we always felt safe & secure. Check in/out was easy. Pura vida!

I have stayed at this house 6 different times. This is the best place and only place I’ll stay if it’s available. Beach and food are seconds away literally. John , thank you again for being such a great host.

House was exactly what we wanted and needed. Loved the beach right outside the back door. Epectricity is a little sketchy and you cant use too many things at a time but you get use to it. Our property manager was amazing and always available for any questions and suggestions. Would absolutely come back here if we come back to costa rica

Great beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The location was excellent and couldn’t be any closer to the beach. The house is also close to Jaco and other towns with many restaurants nearby. We enjoyed seeing and hearing the parrots fly by in the mornings!

Beautiful beach front home. Short walk to restaurants and the local grocery store. Perfect place to explore the area between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. One of the best beaches we saw in the area. Would definitely come again!

The house was fantastic! Lots of space and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus! The beach location can't be beat. Nice walk to town to get groceries, rent surf boards and eat at great restaurants! Hope to be back for sure!

The house was very comfortable with each bedroom having its own bathroom. It was directly on the beach. Very close to a small grocery and T least 2 restaurants.

Wonderful Trip

Awesome house on the beach. Esterillos 506 were great property managers and especially Mirla who reached out to enhance our stay on an almost daily basis. We would definitely choose this house and community again.

Family vacation

What a wonderful property. Located on the best stretch of beach. Enjoyed the quiet area. A severe storm disrupted electricity and water for a short time but all inconveniences were taken care of quickly by the staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful Location

The house was in a prime location for relaxation. The beach was beautiful with little to no other people! It was like we had our own private beach. The house was clean and comfortable. I wouls highly recommend

Third times a charm!

Another amazing stay at this beautiful, beachfront home! It was our 3rd stay and won’t be our last. Zero complaints. We didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait until next year!

House is clean, well-maintained, fully equipped, and right on the beach. Esterillos Oeste is a nice beach village with several restaurants and a nice grocery store. We don’t surf but the local surf break appears to be right out front and the tide pools are a short walk. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off with after a day at the beach and the pool was perfect for our boys to play in. The host was extremely responsive with all of our questions. We had an amazing time with our 4 boys and really couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Best Vaca Ever

We absolutely loved the location of this home on the beach. Keylor was especially helpful with all of our needs and excursions. Not far from waterfalls, monkey mangrove tour, and catamaran tour. We are wanting to go back during Xmas break. Definitely 5 stars for us!

Perfect Spot by the Beach and Local Sodas

The house was perfect and was very welcoming and had all the necessities needed. The rooms are located on the second floor with a balcony which allowed you to see the sunrise and sunset as well as watch the local fishermen coming in and count with their catches for sale. The dark sand and warm water was welcoming with a lot of wildlife to see and enjoy. The people are very friendly and patient with tourists and all the food was amazing. Perfect location close enough to still enjoy Manuel Antonio and Quepos as well, we definitely will be back!

Amazing Oasis in a Wonderful Town

If I could relive the few days we stayed here I’d do it again and again. The house was idyllic. The town was everything we needed- a small grocery store and a few walkable restaurants. The beach was a fun place for our kids to learn to surf and boogie board. We made breakfast and lunch in the house each day and had dinner at the local restaurants. Everything about our vacation was perfect, and we highly recommend this beautiful house.

Stately, yellow house by the beach

We enjoyed our stay in the stately yellow house by the beach. We appreciated the big water container made ready for our use upon arrival. We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom. The beach and the water were wonderful. We highly recommend.
