Villas en Parrish

"This was a great place to stay. Easy access to everything the area has to offer."

"Conveniently located villa with lots of vegetation to admire. Short walk to the boardwalk and trail, I was able to see a couple get married right by the water. The pool is shady so the water was actually quite cool for summer despite being only 3.5' deep. Cute kitchen and we made use of the grill. Bathroom is a good size and the place is just enough for 2 people. Things to see within 30 minutes and modern conveniences like stores and coffee are close by. The host was very responsive and had some...

"The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again."

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! This villa is just beautiful and the hosts are quick to respond and so friendly and helpful. The backyard is like your own personal oasis. There’s lush gardens and trees, outdoor seating, a pool, and a doggy play yard - all of which is fenced in. They also have guest laundry and a bunch of outdoor/beach equipment for guests. It’s not exactly on the water, but with just a short walk across the street and you’re right there at Manatee River. The area where it’s...

"Great spot to have for a team playing in IMG events."

"The property is in very good condition and was very clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a good experience. However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. It would be helpful to clearly specify the layout of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas so guests know exactly what to expect when making their reservation."

"Great property! Loved the private pool. All household items one could want were provided. Great coffee maker. Very private for a somewhat dense neighborhood. Quiet at night."
