Never received the codes to enter the apartment complex and had to go through VRBO at the time of check-in and they did not get any responses. We did get our money back but had to find a hotel at the last minute on the day of our concert!!"

"The property was very close to the Orange County Convention Center where we needed to be all day Saturday. Check-in instructions were precise and easy to follow. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom was perfect for one adult with their young child, the 2nd bedroom with the king bed was perfect for the other adult, and the third bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for the teenager. Each bedroom had its own tv, as did the living room. The apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked...

"The property is exactly as pictured. Everything worked out great. The neighborhood itself was a little run down but we felt perfectly safe & the condo was awesome. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend especially if universal is your destination. Lots of amenities nearby. There’s a Krispy Kreme, Walmart, restaurants etc very close. Highway 4 just a mile away. Bernard was responsive and provided all of the information we needed. "

The pool was just perfect and not crowded so easy to relax. AS far as the home it is on point with the description and very well kept. All the beds were comfortable and the home was clean. We could not have asked for a better location with being only a quick mile from Epic Universe. We will defiantly rent out this property again as it is the best...
