"Lovely place in Marloth Park. Staff were friendly, but we have been to better places in our stay in South Africa. The managers are nice. We didn’t see any animals like in the pictures."

"Fantastica la atencion de sus propios duenos. El parque que tienen es magnifico. El desayuno completo con opciones calientes. Desafortunadamente sufrimos el robo de nuestro equipo fotografico que fue dejado a la vista dentro del auto, lo cual condiciono nuestro animo, pero este evento sucedio en la playa de estacionamiento del supermercado spar que esta a unas 800 metros del hotel. Recomendacion a todo los que viajan a sud africa, limitar objetos de valor al minimo, incluso ropa, y no dejar nada...

"5 stars can’t do it any justice. This place is just amazing. We arrived here with another couple and they enjoyed their stay as well. From beginning to end of the stay everything from staff, accommodation, attention to details, food, game drives, and the sense of community were beyond amazing. It is a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature and the animals in purest form. We have no complaints! We are already planning the next trip! We’ve traveled all over and this place tops them all! "Shindzela offers the type of safari experience that is sadly dying out, to be replaced by glitzy, costly options that separate visitors from the real bush. Our guide was excellent; calm & professional even when another group was shrieking and whooping (TIP, wild animals prefer quiet). Our tracker was keen-eyed, polite and focussed. The cooking/cleaning staff clearly took pride in their work. I feel Shindzela is excellent value for money and should form a part of many more travellers' trips....

"Great location on the river and only about 12 minutes from the Crocodile Bridge Gate at Kruger. It's not a luxurious property but we had the proper expectations. We enjoyed the amenities that we needed and the location on the river was tranquil and beautiful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly."
