"Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money. "

The room was lovely and clean and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The Breakfast choices were fantastic and there was something for everyone. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for the beach and amenities. We would highly recommend and definitely be booking again. "

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. "Very basic hotel and quite dated. Close to town centre. No kettle in the room. No hot water. We where only there for 1 night. Staff not around but there is a number to call if needed."
