"Hiç sorma "

"Toilet, shower floor, sink badly stained from years of use. Wood floor coming up. Missed cleaning areas of soap scum in shower stall and dirt on windows. Heat is not controlled by room thermostat. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was OK Staff is used to the issues and we got a blank stare when we mentioned the issues. Hotel needs a refurb."

"Kahvaltısı çok çok güzeldi çeşit çoktu, kliması gayet net soğutur biçimdeydi.Duvarların bir kısmına dokunduğumuzda alçı pan tarzı birşey kullanılmıştı fakat yan tarafın sesini hiç duymadık lavabo kısmından sadece su sesi geliyordu gayet iyiydi"

"I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient, which made it easy to move around Izmir. The stay overall was very comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to highlight that your staff were very kind and friendly at all times, which made the experience even better. I would gladly consider staying again in the future. Best regards, Elizabeth P."

"El Spa muy bueno y limpio"

"Very polite staff. I forgot the headphones in the room and they contacted me to return them."

"El hotel está bien. Hay lugares para comer cerca. La Torre del reloj esta a 25 minutos a pie. Tiene una discoteca al lado la cual hace ruido hasta el amanecer. Está ubicado en calle principal por lo tanto pasan carros toda la noche. El personal es super atento."

"El desayuno muy bueno, la habitación era muy pequeña"

"Barish, the manager, was very kind to us and gave us an upgrade and free breakfast. All was well, the beds, the rooms, wifi and the lobby. The only thing we did not like was the massage. The lady that gave us the massage had her nose running while massaging us and her phone was ringing. Once she even answered the phone and put it between her ear and her shoulder while massaging me. Not my idea of a relaxing massage!"

"Nos tocó el hotel en remodelación y eso hizo que nuestra estancia fuera buena pero pudo ser mejor, creo que una vez terminadas será excelente"

"The room was nice , but a problem with the shower drain, water collected then spilled over to the bathroom floor. I assume a one-off, I told them ald hopefully fixed. There was lots of road construction in the area but still a great location, close to the waterfront ( Kordon) and very lively are on a Saturday night with many shops, cafes and restaurants close by. Also very close to the train station, which for me was inportant."

"Los empleados muy amables. LLegamos muy tarde y nos estaban esperando muy gustosos. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. "

"Desayuno variado. Personal muy servicial. Buen servicio de aparcacoches. El bazar con muchas tiendas está a 5 min."
