"This hotel is excellent. The breakfast is wonderful and we looked forward to it everyday. It is a short 7-10 minute walk to the Sendai Eki. The staff was always very professional and helpful with anything we needed. We will absolutely stay here every trip to Sendai. The only downside was that our room was very hot. "The hotel location is great as it's right inbetween the shopping streets. They also had great amenities to use. The umbrellas in the entrace were great as it was rainy during our stay. The bed was nice and comfy to sleep in and standardly spacious for two people. The bathroom was also quite big which was a nice plus! Definietly recommend staying here as it's a reletively cheap option (even with a relatively late booking)."

"立地が良く地下鉄まで3分ほどでとても便利。チェックイン前から荷物の預かりもしてもらえたのでよかった。スタッフの方の対応もよかった。ロビーにある無料のコーヒーや、朝食もパン、ゆで卵、コーンスープ、飲み物のみだったが満足。その中で部屋のカビ臭さ（部屋に入った瞬間にくる）がとても不快だった。壁紙にもカビのような黒い汚れがあり、壁紙も浮き上がっていて（換気不良や湿気でそうなってしまってるのか？）空気清浄機をかけても臭いは取れず、寝る時も気になりなかなか寝れず最終的には具合が悪くなってしまった。廊下の奥にある103号室だったので日当たりなどの関係で部屋の環境がそうなのか分からないが、 今までで1番環境不良だった。トイレも狭く身体が大きいと身動き取りにくいと思う。土曜宿泊で値段が上がってたのだと思うが、あの環境でのあの値段…。高い買い物だったなという感じです…。"
