"This hotel was perfect for a little getaway with the kids. Room was stunning and amenities provided were great - we especially loved the nice touch of a little gift for the kids on our beds when we arrived. The kids loved the pool. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. We paid a little extra to include breakfast - it was a continental buffet with toast, cereal, juice, barista coffee included, and a small selection of fruits, pastries, meats and cheese. We had the option to upgrade for $10...

"This B&B is quite unique in an old bluestone cottage with lots of quirky antiques around the garden. The rooms are large and airy and the ensuite bathrooms are updated. The lounge area was cosy and would work well for a group."

"Stayed there for a night after visiting Werribee Safari. It is very conveniently located near the town for food and groceries. Our standard trip room came with 3 single beds and a long study desk and 3 chairs. It was perfect and we could all have our own space. Owner was really friendly. Room was clean and i loved the fact i can just unload my baggage in front of the room. Highly recommend."

"The bathroom door did not close, the electric blanket was burnt out at the switch, the heating on 30 only took the chill off the room. The freezer completely frozen. One light in the bathroom was not working and the other making a shorting out sound. When I went to talk about this the office was closed at 10.00am on a Monday. Very disappointed. We have stayed here before and it was fantastic. Obviously new owners."

"We arrived at 4:30pm and the lady, Renee, at reception told us that we had enough time to make it to the complimentary wine tasting at Shadowfax. It was 5 minute walk. We completed check-in and walked quickly over to the wine tasting. We expected them to turn us down or act like they didn’t want to serve us. The gentleman who led the wine tasting was so accommodating and didn’t treat us like we were running in last second. For that, we did buy a bottle when we probably wouldn’t have otherwise....
