"PERFECTION!!! The views of Lake Como do not get better than this! The stairs up are NO JOKE but so worth it! I can’t stop raving to all my friends about the “fairytale land” we stepped into when we arrived at the cottage; I could have stayed a month!"

"This property checks all the boxes for a great trip to Varenna and to explore Lake Como. It is in an ideal location, central to restaurants and shopping and close to the ferry docks. It was incredibly clean and well appointed with nice details, like coffee and basic herbs and spices and plenty of other amenities to make the stay comfortable. We spent hours sitting in the loft, taking in the view as well as exploring the town and other towns in the Lake Como are. Communication with the hosts...

"The stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. Most descriptions were adequate and we found what we expected. Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). The only aspect which was less ideal was the description of the way to get there. The description could be improved as we arrived late in the dark and therefore pathfinding was a bit confusing. It should be mentioned that the streets are not paved at...

"We loved our stay in this house. The view of the lake and the mountains beyond made the hot trek up the hill from Lenno worth it (and equally walking down the hill to Lenno brought us quickly to a lovely waterfront setting). The house was immaculate and really well equipped for out stay. The garden is exceptionally well maintained, and beat our expectations - we didn't want to leave, with the fabulous views, swimming pool, hot tub. and plenty of areas for relaxing and eating, with shade...

"Wir haben viel Spaß gehabt. Etwas anstrengend war die Anfahrt, da es sehr weit oben auf dem Berg war. Der Blick und die Anlage war sehr toll und gepflegt. Man hat keinen Lärm von Nachbarn zu hören. Leider gab es keine Spülmaschine. Aber wir haben nicht viel gebraucht. Etwas verwirrt hat mich, dass ich den Zähler von Gas und Wasser abzählen muss. "
