"Buena ubicación. Sin embargo no hay internet en los cuartos del primer y segundo piso (no hay buena recepción). Las puertas son de vidrio y la luz de los pasillos está prendida en las noches (por lo tanto siempre hay luz en las recámaras). Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño y muy limpias. Es un hotel nuevo, minimalista y ecológico.
El restaurante japonés muy rico en la parte de abajo. Hay un Starbucks en la esquina y el hotel te ayuda a contratar el tour para ver el volcán.

"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. I didn’t like the lights in the backyard during nighttime. It is nit good for stargazing/astro photography. Also, there are no bidet in the CR! We had to use balde and tabo. Ew!"
