"When we booked this place we were expecting from the description on expedia a hotel in a resort with all the facilities described. Unfortunately for us it was a suburban 2 bed unit nothing like the description. The property needs maintenance and a good clean. Some lights not working blinds were disgusting tiny bathroom cobwebs everywhere and many crawling insects. Unable to get local tv stations. Extremely disappointed for the money we paid. "Well positioned in the heritage area of Echuca. Great vibe at the Echuca Hotel. Live music at night might annoy some but we loved hearing it from our room. Fabulous menu at the hotel, including lots of GF options. Great online help from accom manager when we wanted to add a day. Highly recommend!!"

"Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...

" I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future.
