"Beyond amazing! A marvelous trip in our last day in New Zealand. The weather in the Milford Sound was exceptional starting with rain during our drive which got all the waterfalls hyperactive; once we got on the Fiordland Jewel, the sky cleared and the sun shined for the duration of the trip with calms winds. The staff on the cruise boat from captain Francis to the crew Abby, Sarah, the cook Chris and Sunil were exceptional. One of the best cruises ever. We spent the night in the Captains suite...

"Awesome place if you’re out these ways. Philippa and Rob are amazing hosts. We got a garden view room with a lovely view. Convenient location. The hosts let us park at theirs while we were on the overnight cruise in Doubtful Sound. Breakfast was included and it was a clocked breakfast. Will definitely stay again"

"Outstanding lodge and quite possibly the best in New Zealand ! Very comfortable, well equipped with high quality amenities. The hosts were spectacularly welcoming and hospitable. Arrived with the intention of staying one night, tore myself away after 10 nights ! More than 100% recommendation. Not to be missed if you visit Southland."

"Stayed here for a night before a Doubtful Sound cruise. The location was perfect (right down the street from the RealNZ ferry). The facilities were simple but very comfy. Right along the water with multiple paths around the grounds. Felt like a cool little community with many different travelers. Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to this area!"

"Fue el hotel más caro que pagamos en NZ y por mucho fue el que menos valor nos dió por nuestro dinero , es un motel de dos niveles sin elevador con el estacionamiento enfrente de las habitaciones , no tiene aviso socio ador en el baño , ni caja de seguridad , la ubicación igual q todos los hoteles frente al lago , hay muchas opciones iguales o mejores , con más onda para la zona y con mejores precios , el servicio de recepción muy amable , la regadera es para enanos hay q h agacharse para...
