"We LOVED our stay here! Our room was the “Grand Room, 1 King Bed, Balcony, Garden View” in the newer building and the attention to detail was exceptional. Loved the large comfy bed, our cozy robes, the deep bathtub and accompanying luxury toiletries and bath soaking salts. The WiFi was fast and the staff members were fantastic. It was a close walk into town and close to everything you could want to explore in the Lakes District. Very cool how the hotel provides wellies (Hunter Boots) for guests...

"Fantastic hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Superb staff super breakfast superb location what more can you say. Room was tremendous we really enjoyed ourselves. It was a proper break in wonderful surroundings. I do recommend and will definitely return."

"This hotel is 10/10 the staff the room the restaurant and especially the spa were amazing! we had a very easy check in and our bags bought up to our room. I had notified the hotel it was my boyfriends birthday so we received 3 birthday cards in total from the main hotel W restaurant staff and the spa. We had a lovely relaxing two days stay and will definitely be coming back. Would also like to mention the guest relations manager think his name was Craig but he was amazing and very accommodating...
