"Would 1000% recommend staying here! This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They provided recommendations to go to bicycling in the bird park and it was really easy to rent a scooter too! They definitely showcased the best of Ninh Binh"

"It is a beautiful NEW resort with VERY friendly staff in a great location in beautiful Nihn Binh. Because it is fairly new there are some things that with time will get improved. We had 4 rooms and for some reason one room wasn't cleaned - we asked that they at least take out the bin with dirty toilet paper while we went out to dinner but it wasn't done. When coming back from dinner the lights to our area wasn't turned on and I stubbed my toe on the step. Would love if the restaurant would serve...

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. The salty hot spring was comfortable and great for the skin. Dinner and breakfast were great. The room was very nice, with a bathtub, shower, big TV, and a comfortable bed. We were sad we only had time for one night."

"This property has a lot of potential but completely falls short of even being a 3 star. There is a complete lack of detail in everything. The rooms meet the minimum standard of clean, meaning the sheets and towels are changed and trash is taken out, however they are very dusty, with dusty cobwebs everywhere. The mirrors and doors are covered in fingerprints and dirty smudges. The high touch areas, like handles, hair dryer and tv remote were greasy. Also, the towels were clean, but were very worn...

"This is a beautiful Homestay with well kept gardens and accommodation. The staff are very friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful stay, this is perfect. The panoramic view bungalow is beautiful, and we also stayed in the smaller deluxe bungalow with it's lovely mountain view. Taxi's are easy to book to get around, and there are bikes to ride. Very good value for money; would definitely return. Thank you Hoang Minh Mountainside Villa!"
