"overall great location. ended up being 7 of us, which i think was perfect for the space. upstairs was warmer - 1 of the rooms was bearable the other we used our portable fans. the play room was awesome, kept the kids and adults busy. i wasnt a fan of the shared hot tub, but it did work out for us not having anyone stay next door to us for the first few days."
