"I arrived and I had message them and told them the time and date as they requested but they made no effort to accommodate me and said there was no room in the vehicle to pick me up. My Chinese gf fight with them until finally a car showed up a hour later but was over full of people and we had to squeeze in, at arriving at hotel they said they never got the money and Expedia stoled it and they only receive $30 a night and they was refuse give the free breakfast. "Wonderful stay near Baiyun Airport! Traveling with family, the airport pickup service was a lifesaver. The front desk was warm and welcoming, and check-in was lightning fast. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Plenty of great dining options nearby too. Perfect for business travelers with family. Will definitely return!"

"Ich werde das Hotel wieder buchen, besonders wegen des aussergewöhnlich freundlichem Personal. Alles was man kurzfristig braucht liegt fussläufig. Raucher bitte obere Etagen buchen, leider ist Rauchen erlaubt. Das WLAN muss besser werden, kein TV im Zimmer möglich kein Empfang. Wäre sowieso in chinesisch gewesen, aber WIFi ist ein Muss ! Auch in der Lobby ist das WLAN schwach und langsam. Vielen Dank und bis bald 🙋♀️"
