"If you are looking for a quiet and restful experience. The Whitney Lodge is just the place. We had a nice room with balcony view of Beaver Lake. We visited over 4th of July weekend and we saw fireworks all around the lake from our balcony. Thinking a stay in the fall would be amazing."

"Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again."

"En general, fue una buena estancia, tomamos primero una habitación en la parte trasera frente a la alberca y todo muy bien, hasta vimos la familia de venados que llegan a comer, pero despues nos dieron una habitación frente al parking y ahi hay mucho ruido a partir de las 7:00 am y eso no nos fusto, pero en general buena estancia...!!! "Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner...

"The property is wonderfully designed and maintained. The zero contact check-in went smoothly. The property is a nice walk to downtown and in the great historic residential neighborhood. They provided a lot of free healthy food for snacks and water. The property has a lot of parking."
