"I left because of how small it was. I had a teenager and another adult. The port made it seem like there was 2 rooms (living space and bedroom). I asked for a refund but that was refused. It should be clearly advertised as a studio. The twin bed was a spring with a mattress pad on it. Not an actual bed. "

The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are heavenly, and the location allows you to take advantage of the best PHO has to offer. Will, the host, is very accommodating.
