On our last day of our stay we had to have our car removed at 0830 because Nevada City was having an event- which meant we had to leave early. There was no communication from staff about this. The room was very expensive for no ice or coffee for the room and no parking convenience. "

"We found the stay at the motel to be quite enjoyable. We had a room with a queen bed in the main section of the room and another room with a 2nd queen bed. The room had everything that we needed. It is in walking distance to the downtown are with many shops and restaurants. This is a really good value."

"I had been wanting to stay at The Pines Inn and Cottages for some time, so I worried my expectations may be inflated - but I moved my bags in and never wanted to leave. 🌷 There are so many room details that make it easy to be away from home, the bed is so S-O-F-T, and the grounds are magic waiting to happen. It was lovely in early spring, but I can imagine what an amazing place the Inn grounds become later in the year. I cannot wait to reurn. 🍃"

The reservation still said valid in the app. We had no way of knowing that there was an issue, we offered a new card and was told that the cabin was no longer available. "
